“Ying provided a fantastic boarding experience for 16 days for my dog. She took my dog for at least two walks per day, played fetch with her every day, and also took her on a longer hike. She sent me extensive updates three times per day with numerous photos and videos. The detailed information allowed me to see that my dog was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Ying’s dog Charlie is also incredibly gentle and calm, and although my dog is often anxious around other dogs, they became great friends. While I was away, my dog also developed some irritation in her paws, likely due to pre-existing allergies. Ying informed me promptly and treated the problem effectively per my instructions, and her paws were completely healed by the time I returned to pick her up. I highly recommend Ying for boarding and I won’t hesitate to use her again the next time I travel.”

“My Border-Aussie (7.5 yrs old) stayed with Kimmy, Jesse and Tycho for 5 nights and 6 days (while I was 400 miles away with my kids). How can I describe their care? Heroic. Yes, heroic. My pup had not stayed at Rover or away from family in about 3 years - and had always had a great time at Rover hosts. This time he apparently decided to express separation anxiety with loss of use of rear legs and bowels for two days! Kimmy and Jesse were sending photos and text every few hours while I tried to get a mobile vet there (they don’t do emergencies it turns out). But we started to reason that all didn’t make sense based on timing! They got a lifting harness and diapers and were on full time watch. But I most regret the anxiety and worry they went through. By day 3 he was up and about and day 5 and 6 having a grand old time. Conclusion? Border Drama - yup it’s a thing. He does have some intermittent weakness in right rear leg but this was a true performance which they handled with so much compassion toward Jango and grace toward me. I literally do not know any friends or neighbors who could have handled situation better or who I could have trusted more. I’ve owned Border Collies for over 25 years and this was a new one even for me! They are exceptional folks who genuinely love dogs and are a blessing. They even took a photo they gave to me of Jango with the caption “Best Drama King” lol. Thku Kimmy, Jesse and Tycho!”

About: I’ve been dog/cat sitting and dog walking consistently for over 9 years now. Ive have been volunteering with an animal rescue for going on 9-10 years now. I am very comfortable giving medication, insulin shots, etc. Ive worked with dogs as small as newborns and as large as 240 lbs and I am comfortable with all breeds of dog. I’ve had animals my entire life and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I currently work a hybrid job, I work probably 20 hours a week out of the house mostly weeks. I do have a close friend (with a lot of dog experience) who can check on my animals and any animal I’m caring for if I’m gone more than a few hours. When I’m not working I am a more active person and love hiking and love to go on walks and go to the park, of course any dog in my care at that time would have the opportunity to join me. In the past with seniors or dogs too young for walks I’ve used strollers, backpacks and wagons so that they never miss out on the fun. Your pets’ safety and happiness are paramount. My goal is to create a fun, loving, stress free environment for everyone. If there is anything specific that would help to make that possible please tell me! I work from home, so have a lot of free time to take the best care possible of your baby/babies while you’re away. When I’m not working we’re typically doing something outside like going for a walk, the park, or hiking or lounging on the patio furniture with the older pups. We never forget to get extra snuggles in throughout the day though! I’m very mental enrichment focused so we do a lot of puzzle feeding and enrichment games with food and toys. I have a fully fenced in front and back yard so a very safe set up. I have 1 small dog and two cats to keep your fur babies company if I happen to be away for short periods. I can also crate them (if I leave the house) if you’re more comfortable with that or keep them confined in my bedroom for their safety should you prefer.

About: I grew up with tons of pets and have pet sit for friends and family in the past. I am restarting my pet sitting but have been volunteering with a local cat rescue for the last 4 years on a weekly basis. I can provide exercise, play time, food, and administer medications. I have my own cat and know how special and important pets are as members of the family. I work full time from home for a non profit and am luckily that my schedule is fairly flexible so I can easily pop over to facilitate a walk or check in on pets. It’s important to me to learn the typical routine and structures in place for pets and then try my best to maintain those for a pets comfort and ease of transition in having a petsitter. Safety inside and out is important, especially going on a walk.
About: Besides working my morning job I love to take care pets. I used to pet care couple years and have helped my aunt with her 3 dogs that needed daily walks! I always took care of them as if they were my own! I also have experience with elderly dogs who needed more attention and needed to be given medication daily. I enjoy going outside long or short walks and it’s always great to have a walking partner! I have a one full time job, so this would be 8 hour shifts. I mostly work early in the morning. But besides that I would love to be your pets new playmate! I can adjust and make the free time around my working hours. So please don’t hesitate to reach out! “Ying provided a fantastic boarding experience for 16 days for my dog. She took my dog for at least two walks per day, played fetch with her every day, and also took her on a longer hike. She sent me extensive updates three times per day with numerous photos and videos. The detailed information allowed me to see that my dog was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Ying’s dog Charlie is also incredibly gentle and calm, and although my dog is often anxious around other dogs, they became great friends. While I was away, my dog also developed some irritation in her paws, likely due to pre-existing allergies. Ying informed me promptly and treated the problem effectively per my instructions, and her paws were completely healed by the time I returned to pick her up. I highly recommend Ying for boarding and I won’t hesitate to use her again the next time I travel.”

“My Border-Aussie (7.5 yrs old) stayed with Kimmy, Jesse and Tycho for 5 nights and 6 days (while I was 400 miles away with my kids). How can I describe their care? Heroic. Yes, heroic. My pup had not stayed at Rover or away from family in about 3 years - and had always had a great time at Rover hosts. This time he apparently decided to express separation anxiety with loss of use of rear legs and bowels for two days! Kimmy and Jesse were sending photos and text every few hours while I tried to get a mobile vet there (they don’t do emergencies it turns out). But we started to reason that all didn’t make sense based on timing! They got a lifting harness and diapers and were on full time watch. But I most regret the anxiety and worry they went through. By day 3 he was up and about and day 5 and 6 having a grand old time. Conclusion? Border Drama - yup it’s a thing. He does have some intermittent weakness in right rear leg but this was a true performance which they handled with so much compassion toward Jango and grace toward me. I literally do not know any friends or neighbors who could have handled situation better or who I could have trusted more. I’ve owned Border Collies for over 25 years and this was a new one even for me! They are exceptional folks who genuinely love dogs and are a blessing. They even took a photo they gave to me of Jango with the caption “Best Drama King” lol. Thku Kimmy, Jesse and Tycho!”
“Farah and Tommy did a fantastic job taking care of our Chiweenie, Miso, on short notice this weekend. We were incredibly busy, and it was such a relief knowing she was in good hands. They provided excellent communication throughout her stay, sending regular updates and checking in about her quirks to ensure everything was normal.
