About: Hi! I’m Ally, an animal lover with professional animal care experience ranging from pet boarding facilities to the Oakland Zoo. My approach is calm, attentive, patient, and individualized to each animal. Animals have always been a central part of my life. I became vegetarian as a child because of my love for animals, and that value continues to guide both my personal and professional life today. Professionally, I previously worked at a pet boarding facility where I handled client communication, maintained veterinary and care records, administered medications, monitored feeding and intake, and provided daily hands-on animal care. I also worked as a Zookeeper Aide at the Oakland Zoo, where I helped prepare specialized diets and support daily animal care operations in a fast-paced environment. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, walks, medication, routines, and household rules while paying close attention to behavior, appetite, and overall wellbeing. I understand that every animal has a different comfort level and personality, so I approach each pet with patience, attentiveness, and respect for their space and routine.

About: Dogs have been part of my life since I was 10. I've cared for everything from toy breeds to large breeds, and neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me for years to walk, feed, play with, and check in on their pets. Every size and energy level is welcome here, including puppies and senior dogs, and I'm happy to give oral medications on schedule (I don't administer injections). Safety comes first: dogs stay leashed on walks, your instructions get followed to the letter, and I make a point of knowing where the nearest emergency vet is. My afternoons are flexible, which makes me a great fit for midday and after-work walks and drop-in visits. You'll hear from me on every single visit - photos, our GPS-tracked route, distance covered, and notes on how your dog did, because I'd want that same peace of mind. Let's set up a quick Meet & Greet so your pup and I can get acquainted first. My afternoons are flexible, so weekday middays and after-work hours are when I'm most available for walks and drop-in visits, and weekends are wide open. I keep my Rover calendar updated daily and reply to messages within minutes. For regular clients, I'm glad to hold a standing weekly slot on the same days and times each week so your dog's routine stays predictable. Most of my care happens in your home, so respecting your space comes first. Written instructions get followed exactly, doors and gates stay secured, everything is left the way I found it, and your address and entry details are never shared with anyone. On walks, dogs stay leashed the entire time, I stick to routes I know well, bring water on warm days, and check paws and coat afterward. Before the first visit I make sure I have your vet's contact information and the location of the nearest emergency clinic. After every visit you'll get photos and a written recap, so you always know exactly how your dog is doing.

About: I grew up with tons of pets and have pet sit for friends and family in the past. I am restarting my pet sitting but have been volunteering with a local cat rescue for the last 4 years on a weekly basis. I can provide exercise, play time, food, and administer medications. I have my own cat and know how special and important pets are as members of the family. I work full time from home for a non profit and am luckily that my schedule is fairly flexible so I can easily pop over to facilitate a walk or check in on pets. It’s important to me to learn the typical routine and structures in place for pets and then try my best to maintain those for a pets comfort and ease of transition in having a petsitter. Safety inside and out is important, especially going on a walk.

There are some dogs that do not feel good in loud and busy areas. So I make sure to go on walk them in quieter places. About: Besides working my morning job I love to take care pets. I used to pet care couple years and have helped my aunt with her 3 dogs that needed daily walks! I always took care of them as if they were my own! I also have experience with elderly dogs who needed more attention and needed to be given medication daily. I enjoy going outside long or short walks and it’s always great to have a walking partner! I have a one full time job, so this would be 8 hour shifts. I mostly work early in the morning. But besides that I would love to be your pets new playmate! I can adjust and make the free time around my working hours. So please don’t hesitate to reach out!
