She even rolled out the trash for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Roku can be a bit difficult on walks and tends to pull, but Kimberly handled him so patiently and confidently. That really meant a lot to us knowing he was in capable hands. We would 100% trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone attentive, responsible, and genuinely caring.”
