About: Hi, I’m Dawn and I have been a pet parent for over 25 years to rabbits, guinea pigs and 4 dogs with 2 of them of senior age. All 4 dogs were raised since they were puppies and they are currently based in my hometown with my parents when I moved here. I have experience with daily walks, maintaining feeding schedules, and keeping dogs safe during walks by being mindful of things like hot pavement with summer weather. Additionally, I taught my dog fun tricks like “sit” and “paw,” which strengthened our bond and reinforced positive behavior. I have even more experience with cats, having cared for my own cat for over three years as well as multiple kittens and stray cats. Through this experience, I’ve learned to recognize their different personalities, respect their boundaries, and provide the care, patience, and affection they need to feel comfortable. About: My family has fostered puppies and kittens since I was 10, giving me over 12 years of experience in caring for animals. I love giving animals the best care possible and I’d love to meet yours! I currently work a hybrid schedule on the Stanford campus, allowing me to offer care in the mornings and evenings, as well as over lunch if needed.
