“Our puppy had such a great time with Ying! She was super attentive to all our puppy’s needs and sent lots of pictures. She was very responsive and answered all my questions. Her dog has also been a great playmate for our puppy, so they get lots of energy out too.”

“Boba had a wonderful time at daycare and made some great doggy friends. Manli is a very caring and attentive dog sitter who clearly loves what she does. We felt very comfortable leaving Boba in her care. We will definitely come back again the next time we need a sitter!”

“We had such a great experience with Yun! Finley came home happy and well cared for, and Yun kept me updated throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. Everything was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I truly felt like Finley was in wonderful hands, and I would absolutely book with Yun again!”

“Kristal was great!! Very attentive with Ernie! Sent lots of pictures throughout the day letting me know she was having a great time. Even helped with potty training and other commands!”

“Momo had a wonderful time at Edward & Elisha’s. He got lots of play time in their backyard with the other doggies. They sent many photos and Momo came back home pooped! Overall, they were responsive, super sweet and cared for Momo well. Would definitely recommend ?”

About: I’m an experienced dog sitter who had just relocated from San Francisco. I regularly watched a dog 3 times a week and can take up to 2 dogs at once. I've helped take care of my parents dog for 8 years since she was a puppy and I take her to the beach, for walks, to play at the dog park, and bathe her regularly. I work until 3pm so I have plenty of time in the afternoon to take pups out for walks. I love meeting new dogs and am used to high energy dogs. I am very comfortable around dogs and want your dog to be happy. I am very clean and want to be considerate of your space.
“We had Rusty and Ruby join Jesse and Kimmy for daycare recently, and both our pups really had a great time!! They sent a lot of photos and updates throughout the day, which we really appreciated! Will definitely be using their services next time we need daycare and/or boarding:)”

“Super sweet family! Our dog was raised with a toddler so it was nice to have kids for her to be with since we don't have any of our own. Normally our dog is nervous about new places. She ran into the house like it was her own. Angela was patient with me being this was our very 1st Rover experience. I had a lot of issues with the website. Kangwoong took care of JuJu as soon as she rushed through the door to play with their daughter. The updates were timely as if Angela could tell when I was missing our little pup. And the whole family came to say goodbye when it was time to leave. Small gestures that mean a lot! She must have had a good day as she slept on the ride home & passed out a little before her usual bedtime in a deep sleep. This morning she woke up on her back stretched out basically saying, "I am living a good life!" She seemed very happy with her stay & she was the right amount of tired. Thank you so much to the entire family for making our first experience an awesome one!”

“Silvana is a dog whisperer! She has a way with dogs that makes them very calm and happy even when they just meet. She is super sweet and sent me pictures throughout the stay.”

“Thank you Kimberly for taking care of Basil! Kimberly was quick to respond, asked questions and sent lots of updates. Basil enjoyed her walks with Kimberly and I appreciated peace of mind knowing that my dog was being tended to while I was at work.”

“Margarita was amazing with my pup. She walked her twice, played with her, and was able to calm her down quickly after I dropped her off—my pup suffers from separation anxiety. She sent me photos of my pup throughout the visit. I highly, highly recommend her.”

About: I live with my wife, baby girl, cat, and dog in Palo Alto. At home, I am the CPO (chief poop officer). I've experience with administering flea medicine for cats and dogs. I make sure the pets have food and water. I've trained my current and past dogs (sit, stay, go home, come, leave it, look at me, and other commands). I am responsible and clean up after the animals whether it's poop or vomit. Furry animals make me happy. I'm extroverted, so I am also social and easy to communicate with. I can care for your pet as long as I'm available. I've a flexible work schedule, and am on holiday for two weeks starting the week of Christmas. I have a cat and dog that likes to run out of the door, so I am careful when going in and out of the house. I'd do the same for you. I make sure they've food and water. If the dog goes on a hike where there are tall grass, then I'd check for ticks after the walk and use a tweezer to remove the tick if needed. If the cat or dog has its tail between its legs, then I'd approach slowly and walk around them to not make them too uncomfortable. If the cat's tail is up and approaches, then I give him/her a scratch on the head or chin. If dog's tail is wagging, then I'd definitely pet him/her. If the pet has dietary restrictions, then I will follow the owner's dietary guideline.
“Tillana was a lifesaver!! Tillana looked after Maci last minute so my husband a I could move house. Maci had the best time! Tillana is so communicative and made us feel in the know at all times. I could not recommend Tillana more and we will certainly be using her for all of our doggy needs!! Thank you”

“Best sitter we've ever encountered for our dog with many needs for her happiness. Well she came home so happy and better yet tired from all the walks which takes a lot. He kept sending us photos of her so we knew she was having a great time. He really understood our dog for not only the needs but her wants. So lucky to have found him.”
About: I had 3 small dogs when I was younger and they passed away due to old. I currently have two dogs, one is pit bull and husky mixed and a puppy Yorkie tierrier. Both of them are super high energy. Love to play with them, they love walking, to the beach, to the park and love taking bath! I’ve taken care of my friend’s dogs as well. I work as a paraprofessional at an elementary school. I will have free time during the summer to take your dog to walk, sitting, and boarding. I have a fenced backyard, I have two dogs. One dog is outside and one dog is inside the house. My small dog can play with your fur baby company.
About: I've always had furry family members ever since I can remember..Spunky, Frisky, Muffin, Mitch and Paddington as a child and now Spirit, Peachy, Link, Shadow, Jesse, Kora and Komo as an adult. I have trained 5 large breed dogs from puppyhood to adulthood and spent my twenties to thirties house and petsitting all over Seattle. From canaries to Pufferfish to chickens, horses and dogs, I have always had an ease with animals and they typically like me. I can't wait to meet your furry family member and get to know his or her personality. I currently work part-time from home so I am very flexible and can spend lots of time with your loved one/pet. I am an avid walker so will be happy to get your dog's Tail on the Trail with me. I have a fenced play area for guest dogs and a separate room for them. Or if you prefer, I can do overnights at your place to make your fur baby feel more at home. My sister and I both dog and pet sit so you will have a team helping you and your pets. She works from home and I work part-time, so we will have plenty of time for your fur family! We have a fenced patio yard so can do boarding in a pinch but prefer house/pet sitting, visits and dog walking. We have two dogs and two cats at our home, so we take turns caring for them and for our clients pets as well.
About: I grew up with the sweetest Shih Tzu in the world named Dak (a small computer chip). And I think my style of pet care came from taking care of him. I was attentive and gave him lots of love. He loved driving in the car with me, actually :) I have been pet sitting for friends and on other platforms for over 5 years in their homes. And I took care of a neighbor's bird way back in high school. For the most part I have specialized in cats and small to medium dogs. I also have a calm spirit that many animals are drawn to. So we can chill together for a long time. In addition, I'm responsible and respectful, caring and considerate not only for pets but also for owner's homes. I am able to communicate well and clearly and can problem solve to resolve any situation which might arise. In short, I have the know-how to be able to feed, entertain, clean up after, and love cats and dogs and their living spaces. And I can communicate well to their parents to keep them safe and happy while mom and dads are away. I currently work part-time teaching English online. I also am writing my doctoral dissertation. This means I am home a lot and very happy to spend lots of time with pets, even at my desk with me or curled up on the sofa. I strictly watch pets in their own homes. Firstly, because I am missionary and I've been staying temporarily in my parents house in North Carolina and now here with my brother in Palo Alto. Secondly, because I think pets are much happier if they can stay in their own homes and in familiar surroundings.
“Stacey has been incredible with our little dog Coco. She has been extremely communicative and sent us lots of pictures during our time away. Coco loved her time hanging out with Stacey’s dogs and having lots of play time. Thank you so much Stacey, we’ll definitely be booking again!”

“Marivel is great! Super responsive via text all day and sent me a lot of pictures of my pup having fun with the other dogs at her house. We’ll use Marivel whenever I’m in Palo Alto for work.”

“Excellent experience with Olga today. Our dog did not have prior dog day care experience, and he has separation anxiety after 2+ years of pandemic mostly spent with us at home. Everything went perfectly smoothly. Olga was attentive and caring. We also received some cute pictures of the day. Thank you!”

Five stars for Raina! This 10 year old has a remarkable gift for animal care. She and her father Mel provided excellent care for our dog Rani over the weekend. What stood out most was Raina’s genuine passion for dogs and her sensitive, attentive approach. Rani returned home calm and happy, and was eager to see Raina and Mel the very next weekend. That level of comfort and trust is best environment we would have asked for. Raina’s caring nature and natural ability with animals make her an outstanding dog sitter. We feel confident leaving our dog with her and the family!

I was nervous leaving my sweet but fearful GSD with anyone. Ying was very comfortable with Anderson. She sent me many updates, pictures and videos. Anderson played well with her GSD and Anderson slept for at least 90 minutes after we picked him up. He is an adolescent with a ton of energy so that was great! He’s going to be so excited to see Ying and Charlie again!

Here’s a polished version you could send or post: I honestly couldn’t have raised Miguel without Olga. She has been a huge part of his life since he was a puppy, and there is no one I trust more to care for him. Knowing he was with someone who genuinely loved him and treated him like family gave me complete peace of mind. As I prepare to leave California, one of the hardest goodbyes will be saying goodbye to Olga. Miguel is going to miss his time with her and all of his pup friends, and I’m going to miss knowing he’s in such caring and capable hands. Finding someone trustworthy to care for your dog is incredibly difficult these days, but Olga is truly one of a kind. She is reliable, compassionate, attentive, and treats every dog as if they were her own. If you’re looking for an amazing dog sitter, I cannot recommend her highly enough. We are so grateful for everything she has done for Miguel and our family. ❤️🐾

Bilbo had a great time at doggy day care with Jesse and Kimmy! They have a nice yard for the dogs to play and hang out. Bilbo got along well with their dog Tycho. They sent lots of photos so I know that Bilbo was happy and well taken care of. We will definitely bring Bilbo back. Highly recommend Jesse and Kimmy!

Teilyn and her wife are absolutely wonderful sweet people and I was so happy to find them on Rover. They have such a lovely backyard area for pups and were great with my 5 month old husky puppy, Yermo. And their two little Chinese Cresteds are awesome! Yermo came home absolutely wiped out (a godsend) and I got check-ins and photos of him helping with gardening and also out at his first protest (so proud). Really thankful for the new experiences and socialization for my puppy and to find great pup sitters.

Sjofn is always excited to get to see Guilherme! I’m always thrilled to know she is safe and happy. Guilherme is also great about communicating before and during her stay so I know exactly when to expect him and he’s great about picking her up to. To put my mind at ease he sends plenty of pictures of her having a good time. I admit as a service dog she can be a bit nervous about being left with other people but she is never nervous about staying with Guilherme and Edina. I highly recommend him for any care your pet needs
