Anne was absolutely amazing with my puppy, Rumi! She took such great care of him and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. You can really tell how much she loves and cares for animals. Rumi was happy, well cared for, and in great hands the entire time. I would 100% trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and kind!

My malinois warmed up to Meg immediately. I wouldn’t trust just anyone with my dog since he’s 95 pounds and can be prone to hypervigilance, but Meg is calm, knowledgeable, and intuitive with animals. I feel totally comfortable with her.

About: Hi, I’m Dawn and I have been a pet parent for over 25 years to rabbits, guinea pigs and 4 dogs with 2 of them of senior age. All 4 dogs were raised since they were puppies and they are currently based in my hometown with my parents when I moved here. My intuition and experience allow me to provide your pet with the best care and most comfortable environment away from home, so rest assured that they are in good hands. Let’s chat! I’m mostly available during weekdays from 7am to 12 midnight and certain weekends. Date and timings can be further discussed if you require my services. I have a balcony at home and have space available for your pet to roam around freely if needed. Happy to chat more to see what else you’ll require

About: We are Farah and Tommy, an engaged couple living in Palo Alto and looking for more time with animals! We are trusted dog and cat sitters for our friends and family, but we recently thought to give Rover a try. Message us if your pet needs some extra love and attention while you take care of yourself! One of our favorite things to do is go on walks together. We always joke and say we should be pet owners, and we probably will have our own one day. We walk daily during our lunch breaks and each evening after work. We’d love to take your pet with us and explore new neighborhoods! We live in a house with a private fenced backyard. We have no pets in our house and we plan to take care of one pet at a time so we can give them our full attention and make sure they are comfortable

About: 🔆Welcome to a small part of my life I started by taking care of my neighbors’ pets as a hobby, which helped me discover how much I enjoy this work. Later, I found the Rover app, where I saw a great opportunity to care for and meet dogs of different breeds. Currently, I have two years of experience providing love and care to pets as if they were part of my family. I deeply love animals and have always felt a special connection with them. I carry my dog, Cejas, who passed away, in my heart forever, and her memory inspires me to provide the best care to the pets that come into my home. I’m passionate about caring for pets with special needs, whether it’s administering medications or providing appropriate therapies for their physical and mental well-being. I have experience with different breeds and temperaments, so I easily adapt to each pet’s unique needs. Looking for a quiet and exclusive stay for your pet? Your furry friend will find a true haven of peace here. My home is clean, calm, and completely free of loud noises. I only accept one family at a time, ensuring a stress free and distraction free environment. I’m home all the time, so your pet will never be alone. Perfect for sensitive pets or those who simply need rest and tranquility. I speak Spanish, I am currently studying English📒 I’m patient, responsible, organized, flexible, and, above all, trustworthy. I love walking and exploring the outdoors, which makes walks with your furry friends one of my favorite moments of the day. They also help me by providing exercise and breaking me out of my daily routine. I truly enjoy sharing my life with the company of pets. I offer a warm, cozy, and safe environment where your pet will feel loved and protected. I’ll keep you informed with updates through the Rover card, as well as photos and videos during their stay, so you’ll always know how your furry friend is doing. Your pets can roam freely throughout the house, and during the night, when it’s time to sleep, they are monitored through my camera. 🐱It will be a pleasure! I’m available seven days a week to host, care for, and walk your pets. I’m also open to handling last-minute requests, as long as I don’t have prior bookings. I provide exclusivity by only caring for one pet per day or pets from the same family. My husband helps keep the pets entertained during their stay. I love taking long walks, and I’ll always send you updates through Rover cards. Your pet will be safe and comfortable in a warm and welcoming environment. In my home, I’ve created a secure, risk-free space where your furry friend can feel right at home. I always stay in the same space as the pet, providing constant attention and supervision to ensure their well-being at all times. My neighborhood is gated and pet-friendly, with plenty of green areas, making walks perfect and super safe for both large and small pets. For my pet boarding service, whether for the day or overnight, I prioritize hygiene and a great experience. Before each reservation, my home is thoroughly disinfected, vacuumed, and mopped. I love welcoming pets into a clean and well-prepared space to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. 🐕‍🦺In my client's home, I follow their specific instructions regarding feeding, walking, and any other care routines they have in place. I’m a flexible, adaptable and energetic person

About: I’m a student looking to help out with some local pet care and housesitting while I'm Stanford student for pet care! home for the summer. I’m vegan, I live alone, and I genuinely love animals and have a lot of flexibility with my schedule right now, so I'm around to keep your pets company, stick to their regular routines, daily walks, and make sure everything is taken care of. I'll always send plenty of photo updates too so you know they're doing great. I've taken care of dogs and cats for family and friends over the last couple of years, so I'm super comfortable handling feedings, walks, and overnight stays! I’m home for the summer and my schedule is incredibly open and flexible right now. Since I don't work a typical 9-to-5, I have plenty of free time during the week and on weekends to hang out with your pets, stick to their routines, and make sure they're taken care of. Safety is the main thing for me. I always double-check locks and gates, follow whatever feeding or walking instructions you leave, and keep a close eye on them. I've watched dogs and cats for family and friends for the past two years, so I know how to keep everything clean and safe.

About: Hi, I'm Kathryn! I’m an experienced, compassionate pet sitter offering personalized care, daily dog walks, and overnight stays. I work from home full-time as a journalist, which means your pup will have constant companionship, plenty of belly rubs, and lots of love. My passion for animals runs deep—I grew up at my mom’s dog daycare, where I was immersed in dog behavior training and care from an early age. We had labs growing up, and some of my favorite memories are of taking them on long adventures in the woods. These days, my partner and I share our home with our sweet shepherd mix, Ozzy. I’ve spent the last eight years caring for dogs while I lived all over the country. This is my first time on Rover, and I’m excited to build meaningful relationships with both pets and their people. I believe pet care should be accessible—not overpriced—so I strive to offer affordable, high-quality service that gives you peace of mind. We live in a beautiful, pet-friendly apartment with a secure back courtyard and quick access to local parks for playtime and walks. Your pet will be treated like family—safe, loved, and happy while you're away. For boarding and daycare requests, I will be joined by my own dog Ozzy. If your dog prefers not to be around a young dog, then it may not be a fit. Looking forward to connecting! As a journalist who works from home, I’m lucky to have a flexible schedule—and I love using it to give animals the attention, care, and fun they deserve. With tenderness, love, and dedicated attention, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable environment tailored to your pet’s unique needs. I can’t wait to meet your wonderful companion and make them feel right at home!

Mila was wonderful to work with—very respectful and an excellent communicator. Our animals absolutely loved her. She was always on time and sent detailed daily updates, which we really appreciated. When our dog got a small scrape on his paw from his kenneled enclosure (he did it all on his own she had nothing to do with it) , she took great care if him and bandages it up. We would absolutely rehire Mila and highly recommend her.

About: Over the years, l've noticed something consistent in my time with animals. I can't recall a single negative experience with a cat or dog. Nearly every animal I've met has grown comfortable with me quickly, often right from the first meeting. I believe this comes down to how I approach them. I naturally talk to animals as if they can understand me, and in many ways, they seem to respond to that. I've also learned to read the quiet signals they give, their body language, their expressions, the subtle ways they communicate comfort or hesitation. That silent understanding and mutual trust is at the heart of why I love working with animals. I won’t just watch your pets, I’ll build a connection! I'm currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design and will be starting my fall semester this term. In addition to my studies, I work part time as a studio assistant at Color Me Mine, a pottery shop where I help customers with their projects and keep the studio running smoothly. I also assist a professional home stager, supporting her with staging setups and helping spaces feel inviting and functional. Because my schedule with the home stager varies week to week, I'm looking for an additional flexible role that can work around my classes and current commitments. I'm reliable, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. Living in a small studio while studying interior design, I knew I couldn't bring my pets from home so I made the choice to rescue an indoor cat who needed a safe, loving home. I set him up with a window perch, which he loves for watching the neighborhood cats and birds. Every day, I leave my front door open so he can enjoy the fresh air from behind the screen a way to experience the outdoors safely. I've also tried introducing him to the outdoors on a harness so he could get familiar with the area, but since it's a busy neighborhood, the sounds understandably overwhelmed him. I respected that and adapted. Instead, he gets plenty of affection, he loves being petted and snuggling under my blanket, and I give him as much attention as I can throughout the day, even if it means going through endless lint rollers to keep his hair off me! I'm also passionate about taking dogs on walks honestly, the one thing I wish cats enjoyed more! For me, care is about reading each animal's comfort level, building trust at their pace, and creating a safe space where they feel secure.

About: I grew up around dogs and even fostered a few throughout my college years. I have the strength to walk any dog and am very active if they need lots of walking. I understand their personalities and always lead with love🐶 I’m currently working part time and am always open to working around your schedule. Weekends during the day are always busier for me but I’m flexible and will put your pet first. Pets at my home have the apartment to run free, although I do not have outdoor space those who require it will get more than enough outdoor time. I spend most of my time outdoors and they are always welcome to join.

About: I’m an experienced dog sitter who just relocated from San Francisco. I regularly watched a dog 3 times a week and can take up to 2 dogs at once. I've helped take care of my parents dog for 8 years since she was a puppy and I take her to the beach, for walks, to play at the dog park, and bathe her regularly. I work until 3pm so I have plenty of time in the afternoon to take pups out for walks. I love meeting new dogs and am used to high energy dogs. I am very comfortable around dogs and want your dog to be happy. I am very clean and want to be considerate of your space.

About: I am taking a break from work and have the time to house sit and check in as well as board. I have done Rover for a few years now and have worked at dog boarding facilities. I am able to walk your fur babies in the morning and in the evening. I have experience with medication and injections for whom are needed. I have starting training experience and hope to learn more while watching my fur child Ruffles grow and enjoy life. It is true that Each pet has his/her own characteristics, so I try to find way to connect and gain there trust in anyway I can. I understand all pets have different characteristics and I will do everything possible to get to know your pet. I understood pets are a huge part of our familyand that is how they will be treated with love, understanding and compassion. Pets are truly men's best friend, and one that is always there to make our life so much exciting and fun. I can say at the moment I am able to fit any pet into mine and my own pet’s routine! Ruffles gets along with children , any size 🐶 dog and adults! I am trying to board only one pet at a time with my own pet at home just to be in the safer side. However, once your pet is at my home, he or she becomes part of the family instantly. They are allowed on top of furniture. My Ruffles is a non-caged dog but I do own a cage.

We have two dogs who can be a bit reactive when walked by leash. My wife and I were instructed by professional dog trainers on how to keep them calm and under control when they see another dog. John picked up the training methods quickly and had both of our guys exhibiting their best behavior. John is a natural, and our dogs adore him. We are extremely pleased with his calmness and attention. Five stars!

Yu Chen is such a great friend for our pet Shadow. We are so lucky that we found Yu Chen. While we were away, she took shadow out for a long walk everyday for more than we agreed. She left me notes everyday regarding her time with Shadow. It was such a relief to know that our dog is in good hands. She is truly a dog lover! Don’t hesitate to let her take care of your paws. I will always recommend Yu Chen. Hope to see Yu Chen again soon.
