“Yee-Ping was wonderful, reliable and trustworthy with my 6 month old puppy, Rox. I have nothing but great things to say about my service. Highly recommend, for anyone looking for an amazing dog walker!”

“Cameron is so great, he’s been so flexible in talking our Great Dane puppy on multiple walks a day as we get settled in the area. He’s been so great with Gauss and has great communication - cannot recommend enough”

“Alessandro is great with my two dogs. They love him. He so clearly has that gift of animal connection where you can just see the almost immediate trust and rapport he is able to create. He is caring and attentive to their needs. My dogs are particularly energetic and can get themselves into trouble. He is very attuned to their safety and manages them well.”

About: I live with my wife, baby girl, cat, and dog in Palo Alto. At home, I am the CPO (chief poop officer). I've experience with administering flea medicine for cats and dogs. I make sure the pets have food and water. I've trained my current and past dogs (sit, stay, go home, come, leave it, look at me, and other commands). I am responsible and clean up after the animals whether it's poop or vomit. Furry animals make me happy. I'm extroverted, so I am also social and easy to communicate with. I can care for your pet as long as I'm available. I've a flexible work schedule, and am on holiday for two weeks starting the week of Christmas. I have a cat and dog that likes to run out of the door, so I am careful when going in and out of the house. I'd do the same for you. I make sure they've food and water. If the dog goes on a hike where there are tall grass, then I'd check for ticks after the walk and use a tweezer to remove the tick if needed. If the cat or dog has its tail between its legs, then I'd approach slowly and walk around them to not make them too uncomfortable. If the cat's tail is up and approaches, then I give him/her a scratch on the head or chin. If dog's tail is wagging, then I'd definitely pet him/her. If the pet has dietary restrictions, then I will follow the owner's dietary guideline.
“Ariana was fantastic with Clover and Dipsea. She took the time to meet them ahead of the sit, which immediately put us at ease, and it was clear she really cared about getting to know them. She was also incredibly flexible and accommodating when we had some last-minute schedule changes. We felt confident our pets were in great hands and would happily recommend her to others.”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Growing up, I was the go-to pet sitter for family and friends, whether it was walks, playtime, or just keeping their pets company. I’ve also cared for pets for several days at a time while their owners were away - making sure they felt safe, happy, and loved until their family returned. I truly love getting to know each animal’s unique personality, and I make it a priority to adapt to their needs (whether they’re full of energy, a little shy, or happiest just snuggling on the couch). Your pet’s comfort and happiness are always my top priority. Because to me, they’re not “just pets” - they’re family. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine: I make time every day for walks, play, and plenty of snuggles. My schedule is flexible, which means I can adjust to your pet’s needs, whether that’s early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddle time. I enjoy being active and outdoors, so spending time with pets is not just part of my routine: it’s one of the best parts of my day. When caring for pets in a family’s home, I always treat their space and routines with the utmost respect. I make sure doors and gates are secure, follow all feeding and care instructions carefully, and keep a close eye on each pet’s well-being. I believe in building trust through consistency, clear communication, and plenty of love and attention, so your pet feels comfortable and safe while you’re away.
About: I love all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats. I am responsible and reliable. I have raised 2 pit bull mixed breeds and have over 30 years experience. I have flexible schedule because I am taking online classes. I can take your pet for walk or drop in services, whatever your schedule requires. We have a fenced in back and front yard. Plenty of room to run and play in. We also have a large crate if they need to be crated.
“Danielle is calm and wonderful with Jax. He was re-homed in August and this was his first walk with a dog walker. He was a little anxious, but Danielle knew just how to comfort him. He seemed to miss her when she left, watching out the window after her for awhile after she left.”

“We have an older dog who needs to be lifted in the car to get to the park. Julie did a great job of helping her, and my other dog, get their walk while I was out of town.”
About: I am currently an employee at a dog day care! I love working with these dogs and have gotten most of my experience on animal care from working there :). I prioritize meeting your pets needs and have an understanding of animal’s behavior over the years. I have worked with dogs who are in need of medications and even some who are diabetic and need insulin. I will make sure your pet will get the exercise they need while keeping them engaged in any activity we do :). Aside from my job, I have two dogs of my own. One cattle dog mix and a chihuahua. I have experience and I am comfortable with both big and small dogs and would love to meet yours ! I currently work part time so I have plenty of time to look over your pets! I am available to do drop in visits and dog walks Monday, Wednesday from 11-4 and Saturdays 12-5. I am able to build a trusting relationship between me and your dog. I believe trust is the #1 key component into keeping your dog safe and happy.
“My dog immediately fell in love with Ian. She is crazy about him - and for good reason. I have already rebooked with Ian as I can now go out of town guilt-free as well as worry free.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every size and kind since I was a kid. I’ve taken a little break because I am in college but still love to be around animals in anyway I can be. Neighbors and friends have relied on me to walk, dog-sit, feed, and play with their pets whenever necessary. I can currently in school right now along with being a college athlete. Being flexible with me would be greatly appreciated. Fridays- Sundays work best for me if I do not have a tournament that weekend. Fridays after 1pm and Saturday-Sunday I am very flexible. I am more than comfortable sharing my schedule to ensure we have an understanding on when I am available. On my campus we have a very open quad that I can spend time outside with your dog to make sure they get some fun time in and have an open space to roam around.
“Yeri has been a wonderful dog walker! Super communicative and very easy to work with. Our dog Tala who is a new rescue always comes back looking so happy after walking with Yeri. I feel safe leaving my dog with her and know she will look after her like her own pet.”

About: I am taking a break from work and have the time to house sit and check in as well as board. I have done Rover for a few years now and have worked at dog boarding facilities. I am able to walk your fur babies in the morning and in the evening. I have experience with medication and injections for whom are needed. I have starting training experience and hope to learn more while watching my fur child Ruffles grow and enjoy life. It is true that Each pet has his/her own characteristics, so I try to find way to connect and gain there trust in anyway I can. I understand all pets have different characteristics and I will do everything possible to get to know your pet. I understood pets are a huge part of our familyand that is how they will be treated with love, understanding and compassion. Pets are truly men's best friend, and one that is always there to make our life so much exciting and fun. I can say at the moment I am able to fit any pet into mine and my own pet’s routine! Ruffles gets along with children , any size 🐶 dog and adults! I am trying to board only one pet at a time with my own pet at home just to be in the safer side. However, once your pet is at my home, he or she becomes part of the family instantly. They are allowed on top of furniture. My Ruffles is a non-caged dog but I do own a cage.

Downtown North dog parents share their Rover experiences
I’ve been having Kelsy walk my dog, Krishna, and I couldn’t be happier! She’s always punctual and reliable, and Krishna absolutely loves her. Every time she arrives, he wags his tail and eagerly runs to the door. Krishna is a bit of a leash puller, but Kelsy handles it with ease, making the walks enjoyable for both of them. It’s clear that they’ve built a great bond, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful dog walker!

My dogs don’t like anyone, but they LOVE Maria. She has a magic dog finger and calmed my anxious dogs down immediately. We trust Maria with our dogs and we leave our dogs with her overnight, something we can’t do with anyone else. Thank you Maria for being so watching our high maintenance dogs. We highly recommended her to watch over your beloved pets.
