I received regular updates during Salt's two-day stay and those messages really put me at ease, since we all know how hard it is to leave your baby behind. Salt received a massage, treats, outing to a shopping center and a long walk at Pacific Shore Centre! It was so heart-warming to see my baby taken care of so lovingly by these two amazing people who truly love and care about your pet and who are well-experienced with pets for several years. It made me smile every time I received an update and photos from them and it made me feel so much better about having to leave him behind, knowing that he was being pampered and taken care of, while I was out of town on a holiday. About: I’m an experienced dog sitter who just relocated from San Francisco. I regularly watched a dog 3 times a week and can take up to 2 dogs at once. I've helped take care of my parents dog for 8 years since she was a puppy and I take her to the beach, for walks, to play at the dog park, and bathe her regularly. About: I grew up with the sweetest Shih Tzu in the world named Dak (a small computer chip). And I think my style of pet care came from taking care of him. I was attentive and gave him lots of love. He loved driving in the car with me, actually :) I have been pet sitting for friends and on other platforms for over 5 years in their homes. And I took care of a neighbor's bird way back in high school. For the most part I have specialized in cats and small to medium dogs. I also have a calm spirit that many animals are drawn to. About: My son Lee (he was 9 years old at that time) and I trained at the SPCA San Francisco and we volunteer and fostered in our home an injured abandoned dog “Paco”, who had a hip surgery. About: Over the years, l've noticed something consistent in my time with animals. I can't recall a single negative experience with a cat or dog. Nearly every animal I've met has grown comfortable with me quickly, often right from the first meeting. I believe this comes down to how I approach them. I naturally talk to animals as if they can understand me, and in many ways, they seem to respond to that. I've also learned to read the quiet signals they give, their body language, their expressions, the subtle ways they communicate comfort or hesitation. That silent understanding and mutual trust is at the heart of why I love working with animals. I won’t just watch your pets, I’ll build a connection! I'm currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design and will be starting my fall semester this term. In addition to my studies, I work part time as a studio assistant at Color Me Mine, a pottery shop where I help customers with their projects and keep the studio running smoothly. I also assist a professional home stager, supporting her with staging setups and helping spaces feel inviting and functional. Because my schedule with the home stager varies week to week, I'm looking for an additional flexible role that can work around my classes and current commitments. I'm reliable, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. Living in a small studio while studying interior design, I knew I couldn't bring my pets from home so I made the choice to rescue an indoor cat who needed a safe, loving home. I set him up with a window perch, which he loves for watching the neighborhood cats and birds. Every day, I leave my front door open so he can enjoy the fresh air from behind the screen a way to experience the outdoors safely. I've also tried introducing him to the outdoors on a harness so he could get familiar with the area, but since it's a busy neighborhood, the sounds understandably overwhelmed him. I respected that and adapted. Instead, he gets plenty of affection, he loves being petted and snuggling under my blanket, and I give him as much attention as I can throughout the day, even if it means going through endless lint rollers to keep his hair off me! About: I grew up around dogs and even fostered a few throughout my college years. I have the strength to walk any dog and am very active if they need lots of walking. I understand their personalities and always lead with love🐶 I’m currently working part time and am always open to working around your schedule. Weekends during the day are always busier for me but I’m flexible and will put your pet first. Pets at my home have the apartment to run free, although I do not have outdoor space those who require it will get more than enough outdoor time. I spend most of my time outdoors and they are always welcome to join.
About: I’m an experienced dog sitter who just relocated from San Francisco. I regularly watched a dog 3 times a week and can take up to 2 dogs at once. I've helped take care of my parents dog for 8 years since she was a puppy and I take her to the beach, for walks, to play at the dog park, and bathe her regularly. I work until 3pm so I have plenty of time in the afternoon to take pups out for walks. I love meeting new dogs and am used to high energy dogs. I am able to walk your fur babies in the morning and in the evening. I have experience with medication and injections for whom are needed. I understand all pets have different characteristics and I will do everything possible to get to know your pet. Pets are truly men's best friend, and one that is always there to make our life so much exciting and fun. I can say at the moment I am able to fit any pet into mine and my own pet’s routine! Ruffles gets along with children , any size 🐶 dog and adults! I am trying to board only one pet at a time with my own pet at home just to be in the safer side. However, once your pet is at my home, he or she becomes part of the family instantly. They are allowed on top of furniture. My Ruffles is a non-caged dog but I do own a cage.

I received regular updates during Salt's two-day stay and those messages really put me at ease, since we all know how hard it is to leave your baby behind. Salt received a massage, treats, outing to a shopping center and a long walk at Pacific Shore Centre! It was so heart-warming to see my baby taken care of so lovingly by these two amazing people who truly love and care about your pet and who are well-experienced with pets for several years. It made me smile every time I received an update and photos from them and it made me feel so much better about having to leave him behind, knowing that he was being pampered and taken care of, while I was out of town on a holiday. Salt was happy and calm when we picked him up and slept like a baby after getting back home. Highly recommend this host !!”
