“Meerim was incredibly kind and responsive with our aging dog, Rupert. He is older and losing his eye sight and she was very understanding and caring with him. We would definitely trust Rupert with her again.”

“My foster dog Baby had a wonderful stay with Tanya and her daughter. Their home is basically doggy heaven, and Baby enjoyed the huge lawn and tons of love and care accordingly. Baby looks forward to her next visit!”

“As was my experience previously, I could not be more pleased with Jennifer's care. It is clear that my pup is well cared for, and loved as if she was at home. Best doggy boarding experience we've had across our 20 years of dog ownership. SDS”

“Yunxi was friendly and communicative. She sent photos and asked questions to make my very Senior dog Odessa comfortable. Her back yard was perfect and safe for Odessa to roam around.”

“Tracy was an excellent dog sitter and took great care of our rambunctious Samoyed! She followed our meticulous instructions and sent frequent updates. We trust our dog is in good hands with Tracy.”

“Yasemin was a wonderful sitter! She and her family showered my pup with love and attention from the minute they met and during his entire stay. Very mindful of his care and she sent lots of photos/videos which made me feel very comfortable that my dog was well taken care of. I would gladly take my dog to Yasemin again, and know he would love to stay with her and her family again!🤗🐶”

“Franklin had a great time with Karen and Willie (and Cookie)! They were super flexible and we got lots of photos and updates throughout his stay! Thanks for your help :)”

About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and grew up in a family that has always cared deeply about animals. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve helped take care of our family dogs by feeding them, playing with them, taking them outside, and making sure they were happy and comfortable. Being around dogs has always come naturally to me. I enjoy spending time with them, getting to know their personalities, and making them feel safe and loved. Even now, I often help friends and family with their dogs whenever they need an extra hand, whether that means watching them, taking them on walks, or just giving them attention and company. I understand that every dog is different, and I always try to be patient, caring, and attentive to their needs. My goal is to make every dog feel like they’re spending time with a friend, not just a sitter❤️🐶 I have full availability and a very flexible schedule, so I’m usually able to accommodate most times and days without any issues. I can adjust easily depending on what works best for you and your pet, and I’m happy to help whenever I’m needed. My goal is to be reliable and easy to work with, so you can feel confident that your dog will be taken care of even on short notice or changing schedules. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and trust are my top priorities. I live on the first floor, which makes it very easy and safe for dogs to go in and out, and I also have direct access to a backyard and nearby parks for walks, playtime, and fresh air. The home is spacious and pet-friendly, giving dogs plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. I make sure the environment is calm, clean, and stress-free so every dog feels at home. There’s always space to rest, play, and feel secure, and I’m able to give them the attention they need throughout the day. My goal is to create a safe, relaxed, and welcoming environment where dogs feel comfortable and cared for at all times.🙋🏻♀️✨
“Mora took such wonderful care of my dog over three days. She provided detailed updates each day including photos and videos. She took him on hikes and played with him at the park. He had a wonderful time!”

“What a great stay for Stitch. They are so conscientious and kind. He came home calm and happy. Great updates with details on walks, photos, potty. Will definitely have Stitch stay again.”

“Svetlana was great! Our dog was loved and cared for, and I would not hesitate to leave her again in such good hands. I appreciated the daily updates and pictures of walks, play, and lounging at home. Svetlana was super responsive to all of my questions and was such a nice person to interact with. The overall experience was fantastic.”

“Joy did a great job of caring for Kaylee. She is the only dog sitter we've ever had who read our suggested games to play (hide the toy etc) and used them! Kaylee was excited to see us when we returned but also immediately went back to say goodbye to Joy...a great sign that she had a good time.”

“Ethan took great care for our dog Niko. He sent daily updates, many photos and videos which provided us comfort and peace of mind. His dog Astro went along well with Niko and they had fun together. In future, I would definitely rebook for Niko.”

“Iryna was great! She was very responsive, she was flexible with the meet and greet, pickup, and dropoff timing, and parking was easy. Tahini is shy but warmed up to her quite quickly and loved exploring her apartment, where he had plenty of space to run around. We didn’t have much experience introducing him to other dogs, and she helped him make friends in controlled settings, including at the dog park for small dogs across the street. We loved the daily photos, and the daily videos always showed him happy and wagging his tail. He came home happy and healthy.”

“Shavonne was a great sitter. Responsive and flexible. My dog came home so happy and chill like she'd just spent time hanging out with her best friend and was ready for a nap!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Mountain View
Tracy and her husband were absolutely amazing taking care of our dog, Cody, for a week while we were traveling. From our very first meeting, I could tell Cody would be comfortable, happy, and in great hands with them. Tracy was incredibly responsive, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire process. Everything leading up to the drop-off was seamless, and while we were away, we received daily updates that gave us complete peace of mind knowing Cody was happy and well cared for. When we returned, Tracy and her husband were also very flexible in coordinating our pickup, which we really appreciated after a long trip. It is clear that they genuinely love dogs and treat them like part of their family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely trust them with Cody again. We highly recommend Tracy and her husband to anyone looking for wonderful, dependable, and caring people to look after their dog!
Jennifer took amazing care of Simba! She was very understanding of his special diet and made sure all his needs were taken care of. She also took him on walks and did a great job keeping him safe — especially since Simba is quite the escape artist! 😅 We really appreciated how attentive, caring, and responsible she was throughout his stay. We’ll definitely book with Jennifer again whenever we’re visiting the Bay Area!

We had a very busy weekend where our Chaweenie, Miso, would have had to be alone for large stretches, or travel non-stop in a car all day. So we decided to find a "surrogate family" for the weekend. Shobi, her husband, and girls took great care of her. When I picked her up, she seemed relaxed and happy. We will for sure book more stays with Shobi and her lovely family!

Alessandra and Alex took such great care of our cavalier! We already had two trips booked before knowing we were getting our little boy. Our pup stayed with Alessandra and Alex at just 15 weeks old. He is not fully vaccinated yet, so you can imagine the stress we had about finding someone we could really trust to take special care of him. Alessandra and Alex gave us a peace of mind, sending detailed and reassuring updates both morning and nights of our Ollie boy with pictures. They made sure to take him on handheld walks since he is still waiting to finish his vaccines! Thank you again!!

Nuray took really great care of my dog. I feel her knowledge and experience with animals gave me a lot of confidence, especially since my dog can be a bit difficult to handle. My dog seemed very happy and comfortable with her. She even whimpered when we left, which made me think she really enjoyed spending time with her.

Angela and Kangwoong were amazing hosts for my dog Arisha. Arisha is a very shy dog but she felt at home staying at their place. I don't know if it's common but she was the only dog during her stay which made the stay extra special. Angela sent me 2 pictures a day as updates about the stay. I am ashamed to say it but I feel like Arisha was treated better than I am able to do at home... I would be extremely comfortable with and would love having Angela host Arisha again in the future.

As usual James is the best person to take care of Cookie when we are away. He really loves and cares for all the dogs that are under his care. Cookie is always happy and well looked after when she is with him. We leave her at time for more than 2 weeks when we are away on international trips and she is good with James. We highly recommend James as a home for your fur babies when you travel.
