Tracy followed all my instructions perfectly, which gave me great peace of mind. More importantly, my dog came back happy and healthy! It was clear she received tons of love, attention, exercise, and care. Tracy was also fantastic about communication. They sent me regular updates and adorable photos, which helped ease any worries and made my trip even more enjoyable.
