My girl Belaire went into her first heat while in her care and she provided diapers and cuddles and sent me updates and instructions so I did not worry one bit. “Cheng Tso (Jerry) and his girlfriend took great care of our cat Emery during our weeklong vacation. It was only half week before our planned trip when our previous sitter dropped the appointment due to an emergency. So I was very grateful to find that Jerry was able to accommodate the short notice! The communication is great from the beginning. We had meet-n-greet before booking and I was able to see the place (nice and cozy), meet Uni and discuss stuff. During the stay there're daily updates of photos or videos. Not only Jerry and his girlfriend are very caring, but their kitty Uni is also super friendly and calm. Emery is usually cautious and defensive to be with another cat, but they were able to find separate space for them and especially thanks to Uni's great personality, the two kitties ended up get along well. Thanks again for providing the great stay for Emery!”

So much anxiety and uncertainty building up to it before the start. The result now is we have nothing but good things to say about Michelle and her service.
