“Incredible Experience with Yifei! Highly Recommend! This was my first time using Rover, and I was honestly a bit nervous, especially since it was all very last-minute. But Yifei completely put my mind at ease. From the very first moment, she was incredibly kind, patient, and flexible—she was able to fit us in and even allowed us to pick up our puppy, Katsu, in the early morning, which was a huge help! Yifei kept me updated with pictures throughout the day, and it was so comforting to see Katsu so happy and engaged. Usually, my puppy is a bit hesitant with new people, but when he first met Yifei, he didn’t even look back at me! I could tell he felt completely safe and at ease with her, and I think he was probably having so much fun with the other dogs that he didn’t want to come home! On top of all that, Yifei was super easy to communicate with when Katsu accidentally left behind some of his things. She was quick to respond and made the whole process so smooth. I cannot recommend Yifei enough! She’s an absolute gem, and I felt 100% confident that my 10-month-old puppy was in great hands. Tosha was an amazing sitter! She took great care of my dog and kept me updated the whole time with plenty of photos and messages. My dog had a wound and some swelling in his paws, and she was very attentive and made sure he was well taken care of. He was happy, comfortable, and in great shape when I picked him up. I’d definitely book with her again and highly recommend her!
We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Son to care for our dog, Joy, while we are away. He took very good care of him, and gave him lots of walks and cuddles! He is one of the very few people on here who seem to be doing this purely out of love for animals and it shows in the way he cares for them. We highly, wholeheartedly recommend Son! :-)
Olive enjoyed her time with Chris and Maria. Apparently they may have even let her slide into the bed at night (I guess she was feeling lonely lol). The place has a nice big yard and dogs are well supervised. Received status updates and prompt responses for all inquiries/requests
Xiuhui is an amazing dog sitter and made our first boarding experience so smooth and stress-free. My dog was very nervous at the beginning, but Xiuhui was incredibly patient, experienced, and caring, and helped him adjust to the new environment very quickly. She sent me daily updates and treated my baby like her own dog, which gave me so much peace of mind. Communication was always fast and thoughtful, and I truly felt my dog was in the best hands. Malika took such good care of Zuko and made my long weekend trip stress free! From the beginning, she asked me a lot of questions about Zuko and his routine. She was happy to brush his teeth and follow his eating routine, which is such a relief because not all sitters do that. She was very easy to talk to and gave constant updates and photos.
Vy is the very best! We have never had a sitter who takes such good care of our babies 🐶🐶!! Due to medical reasons we had to extend our stay and she was so supportive and caring!! We didn’t have the extra stress of worrying about them because our babies always come back healthy, happy and like they have been on vacation!! Thank you so much Vy, we are so grateful for you!💕
