“Baloo loves Brandie and he loves Jeff (her husband even more). I found her in the midst of the pandemic and Baloo had been with us 24/7 for over a year because we were working from home. So I was pretty nervous about him going somewhere else, but that was all unnecessary. Brandie is so sweet and she is very good at reading dogs body language and do the right things. Baloo is a reserved (some will say nervous) dog and doesn’t easily relax with people he doesn’t know really well. But already the day after I dropped him off I could in the pictures Brandie sent me that he was settling in fast. It would be a whole year until he went there again, but this time he ran straight to the door and felt right at home within minutes. Brandie is the best, fast to respond to a nervous dog moms questions, really good at taking pictures and she sends pictures every day so you can see with your own eyes that you pup is having the best time. She truly spoils “her dogs” with love and attention, and is really good at catering to your pups specific quirks. She makes you feel like your pup is the best and sweetest in the world (which of course he is ;) ) I can now plan trips without a worry for Baloo, because I know he will also be on vacation and have the best time.”

“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. We will definitely book with Juanyi again for our future vacations, and recommend to every pet parents, my Lucky was treated like Juanyi's own, yours will too!❤️”

About: I have experience with caring for dogs at every stage from puppy to senior. I've had two dogs (Shih Tzu and Pitbull,) whom I've raised and trained from puppy into senior years and know how to care for small dogs and big dogs. I work from home so I can devote much of my attention to your dog. As long as I am contacted about a service well in advance, I can effectively organize my schedule in a way that will best fit your dog's individual needs. Please let us know ahead of time if your baby has any specific requirements that need to be fit into their routine and feel free to come see if our house is a good fit for you. Since our dogs crossed the rainbow bridge, our house is now prepared and ready for the sound pattering paws and snuffling wet noses once again. We have a legacy of clean toys my dogs have left behind, waiting to be loved again by a new furbaby. The house is safe and pet proof, in an environment free of hazards. I have a dedicated doggie door to a full sized fenced back yard where your dog can run and play to their heart's content. My neighborhood is in a very safe and enclosed cul-de-sac that is further from any busy main roads, making walking worry free.

“We booked with Jade because our regular sitter was out of town, but she (and her husband) may become our go to! She did a thorough meet and greet the day after we contacted her, and asked tons of great questions. She walked us through her home and yard so we saw where the pups would be (very uncommon in my experience, so I appreciated it). Their home was neat, nothing extra that the pups would get into potentially. I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. Jade and her husband take a very professional approach to their care, even though they both work and Rover is not their main gig. “This was our puppy’s very first time being boarded, and I was honestly quite nervous at the beginning. Queenie&Yu-Chieh made the whole experience so easy and gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was great from the start — she asked thoughtful questions about his routine, food, and quirks, and throughout the stay she sent lots of photos and updates so we always knew how he was doing. Our puppy is still young and full of energy, which definitely means extra work (potty breaks, training, supervision, etc.), but she handled him with so much patience and kindness. Her home is clean, safe, and very dog-friendly, and her own dog Summer was gentle and welcoming with our boy. When we picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly very comfortable with her and her home. We’re very grateful to have found Queenie & Yu-Chieh and would absolutely book with her again. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you have a dog boarding for the first time — she truly made us feel safe and well taken care of.”

She sent me with videos and pictures everyday of my dogs and I was very pleased to know they were so comfortable with her. Above all, my dogs had a great time with her.
