Within the first hour, I received pictures and a video of Nova walking and playing happily with their sweet pup, Jojo. It was clear from the start that Nova was not only being watched, but truly cared for. They even gave her snacks and a fun new topping on her food to make her feel extra special. “We have a 2 year old, dog reactive, Great Pyrenees mix. Given her large size and energy level, it can be challenging to find someone we feel is competent in handling our Stella. We had a meet and greet with Alicia and it went very well. Alicia had a very calm and confident demeanor. Stella warmed up to her very quickly. Alicia runs a structured boarding daycare where dogs need to be potty and crate trained. This type of structure is good for dogs that need their own space or even young dogs that need to learn to turn on and off. Alicia sent me updates and pictures throughout the day which was very reassuring. Drop off and pickup times were very flexible which is perfect for my crazy work schedule. Stella was very calm and relaxed when I picked her up. She came home and took a nap right away, so I know she was mentally and physically exhausted from the day. Overall, we highly recommend Alicia and will definitely be back for doggy daycare and overnight boarding.”

I’m so happy I found Alicia. To be honest, I haven’t had a great experience with past experiences on Rover. Finding someone/place to board our fur babies has been such a journey. We hardly ever board them, but when I do-I start to have anxiety. We haven’t gone on a family vacation for over a year, because we didn’t have anyone we trust in caring for them. They both just have specific needs, and Alicia has been very attentive and understanding to that. I love that she provides structured care for them.
