“We have a 2 year old, dog reactive, Great Pyrenees mix. Given her large size and energy level, it can be challenging to find someone we feel is competent in handling our Stella. We had a meet and greet with Alicia and it went very well. Alicia had a very calm and confident demeanor. Stella warmed up to her very quickly. Alicia runs a structured boarding daycare where dogs need to be potty and crate trained. This type of structure is good for dogs that need their own space or even young dogs that need to learn to turn on and off. Alicia sent me updates and pictures throughout the day which was very reassuring. Drop off and pickup times were very flexible which is perfect for my crazy work schedule. Stella was very calm and relaxed when I picked her up. She came home and took a nap right away, so I know she was mentally and physically exhausted from the day. Overall, we highly recommend Alicia and will definitely be back for doggy daycare and overnight boarding.”

Within the first hour, I received pictures and a video of Nova walking and playing happily with their sweet pup, Jojo. It was clear from the start that Nova was not only being watched, but truly cared for. They even gave her snacks and a fun new topping on her food to make her feel extra special. On top of that, Bruno made sure to update Nova’s Rover report with a detailed summary: two long walks, potty breaks, food and water intake, every detail was covered. To top it all off, at the end of the visit, Nova went home with a goody bag and so much love. About: I learned dog/cat care from my grandmother. She taught me her special side of respecting and caring the animals no matter what kind. I have had a dog for 14 years of my life, his name was Panda. I am very excited to board dogs in my home and give them a healthy and playful environment. I am also excited to take them on long walks. I volunteered at Aurora Animal Shelter for 2 years and learnt to give behavioural training for kittens/cats. I fostered more than 6 cats apart from my own 2 cats for the past 1 year. About: I've had my own dog ever since I can remember a family dog was always there and I was never without one. I enjoy a dog's company and I'm sure undermine, your dog will feel right at home. I do work full time however my schedule is flexible to come home to give breaks and once I'm home from work they have my full attention with walks until bedtime. I’m so happy I found Alicia. To be honest, I haven’t had a great experience with past experiences on Rover. Finding someone/place to board our fur babies has been such a journey. We hardly ever board them, but when I do-I start to have anxiety. We haven’t gone on a family vacation for over a year, because we didn’t have anyone we trust in caring for them. They both just have specific needs, and Alicia has been very attentive and understanding to that. I love that she provides structured care for them. We boarded them for a day and she sent me updates and pictures of them as the day went on. Thankfully, all went well! This gave me hope and eased my worries about boarding them in the future.
