She also sent me video Pepe eating his kibbles which he doesnt eat when Im giving him , Feng has tricks and shared it to me🥰 Pepe seemed very comfortable and happy under her care. “Xiuhui aka Sophie is very responsive and responsible taking care of my shy, timid baby girl. Sophie takes my girl out for walks at least two times even it’s just 6-8 hours day care. Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

About: I’ve always had a lot of love for pets! And I thought it would be a good idea to incorporate things I like doing to my daily routine so why not take this opportunity to take care of a bunch of fur babies! Unfortunately I do not do meet and greets but I do send pictures of my yard and house so you can see where your fur babies will be staying and do calls before drop offs! I work from home and the rest of my day is pretty empty so I thought this would be a perfect distraction and a great second part time job for me! The dogs will be allowed to be inside or outside as well. I do have a big backyard for them to run around and play with fences of course for their safety!

I have 2 wonderful older boys that help alot with our boardings and a supportive husband who helps as well with all of our furry friends. “We have a 2 year old, dog reactive, Great Pyrenees mix. Given her large size and energy level, it can be challenging to find someone we feel is competent in handling our Stella. We had a meet and greet with Alicia and it went very well. Alicia had a very calm and confident demeanor. Stella warmed up to her very quickly. Alicia runs a structured boarding daycare where dogs need to be potty and crate trained. This type of structure is good for dogs that need their own space or even young dogs that need to learn to turn on and off. Alicia sent me updates and pictures throughout the day which was very reassuring. Drop off and pickup times were very flexible which is perfect for my crazy work schedule. Stella was very calm and relaxed when I picked her up. She came home and took a nap right away, so I know she was mentally and physically exhausted from the day. Melissa was spot-on with communication and empathy. Although her husband seemed to play a major role, I had only communicated through Melissa. Daff seemed well taken care of (plenty of photos), and was there for a VERY last minute booking. If I lived here, I'd be loyal to using them again and again :)
I’m so happy I found Alicia. To be honest, I haven’t had a great experience with past experiences on Rover. Finding someone/place to board our fur babies has been such a journey. We hardly ever board them, but when I do-I start to have anxiety. We haven’t gone on a family vacation for over a year, because we didn’t have anyone we trust in caring for them. They both just have specific needs, and Alicia has been very attentive and understanding to that. I love that she provides structured care for them.
