After a few years away working as an engineer, I’ve realized my true passion isn’t in front of a computer, it’s with dogs! I was a top-rated, 5-star sitter in Fremont back in 2016-2017 with 38 repeat clients, and I am so excited to officially reopen my doors to the furry community. With over 20 years of experience living with and caring for dogs, I provide a "home away from home" where your pup is treated like family. Meet the Resident Pack I am a proud "dog mom" to two friendly pups who love making new friends: • Kaka: My sweet 11-year-old rescue poodle mix (13 lbs). He has a crippled leg, so I am very experienced in caring for seniors or dogs with special physical needs. • Panda: My energetic 4-year-old Bernedoodle. He’s a "pandemic puppy" who is well-socialized and ready to play! The "Five-Star" Backyard & Home Your dog will have the ultimate vacation in our 4,000 square foot home. We have plenty of indoor space for lounging and a large, fully fenced backyard for fresh air and supervised playtime. Personalized Care & Activity • Constant Supervision: I work remotely, meaning someone is almost always home to provide cuddles, bathroom breaks, and attention. • Active Lifestyle: We love staying active! Your pup will enjoy frequent walks and plenty of engagement. • Safety First: Because of my engineering background, I am detail-oriented and highly organized when it comes to feeding schedules and safety protocols. Amazing experience! This was my dog Blossom’s first time with a sitter, and Juanyi made it such a great experience. Throughout the entire stay, she sent plenty of pictures and updates, which made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Blossom looked so happy and well cared for in every photo, and it was adorable seeing her make new friends with Panda and Kaka. I’m so grateful for the love, attention, and care Juanyi gave her. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch their pet!

We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. We will definitely book with Juanyi again for our future vacations, and recommend to every pet parents, my Lucky was treated like Juanyi's own, yours will too!❤️

Our routine is highly flexible! Whether your pup is a high-energy "pandemic dog" like my Panda or a senior who needs a gentler pace like my 13lb rescue, Kaka, I easily adjust walk lengths and play styles to match their specific energy and physical abilities. A Day in the Life at Our Home Because we work a hybrid schedule, pet care is seamlessly integrated into our day. Your dog will never be just a "task"—they are part of the family. • 8:30 AM | Morning Adventure: We kick off the day with a morning walk, followed by a nutritious brunch. • Mid-Day | Garden Play: Around noon, I provide supervised "yard breaks" in our large, fenced backyard for fresh air and sniffing. • Late Afternoon | Neighborhood Stroll: We head out for a second neighborhood walk, followed by dinner service. • Evening | Last Call: Before bedtime, we have one final backyard break to ensure everyone is settled and comfortable. Total Freedom: Your dog has the run of the house! They are welcome in any of the 4,000 sq. ft. of indoor space. Whether they want to sunbathe by a window or snooze near my desk while I work, they will have plenty of room to feel at home.

I provide a secure, high-standard environment designed for total peace of mind. • Supervised Freedom: Your dog has full access to our 4,000 sq. ft. home and a large, securely fenced backyard. I personally supervise all outdoor time to ensure every guest is safe and happy. • Proactive Security: For added protection, I have security cameras monitoring the property and dog gates that can be installed as needed to create separate, safe zones for different energy levels. • Constant Companionship: Because we work a hybrid schedule, there is almost always an adult present. This allows for frequent check-ins, bathroom breaks, and 24/7 attention. • Disciplined Care: I am highly attentive to feeding schedules, medication, and specific care instructions. Whether it's managing a senior dog’s mobility (like my rescue, Kaka) or a high-energy pup’s needs, I follow your instructions to the letter.

I focus on keeping every dog happy, active, and engaged based on their unique personality: • Yard Play: Plenty of fetch and "zoomies" in our large, fenced backyard. • Active Walks: Multiple daily neighborhood strolls for fresh air and exercise. • Mental Games: Indoor hide-and-seek or puzzle treats to keep their minds sharp. • Senior Snuggles: Gentle, slow-paced walks and extra couch time for older or lower-energy pups. • Pawsitive Rest: After play, there is 4,000 sq. ft. of space for cozy naps and plenty of belly rubs!
