“I’m so grateful I found her! I needed a sitter at the last minute due to an emergency and wasn’t have the opportunity to do the usual meet-and-greet beforehand. She understood my situation right away from my message and graciously agreed to help. From the moment Snow arrived, I could tell she was in caring hands. Not only did she take wonderful care of her, but her husband was also involved and treated Snow with so much love and attention. They played with her, chased her around, kept her engaged, and truly made her feel like part of their family. Snow is house-trained but had an accident on their carpet. They were incredibly understanding and kind about it, and never made me feel uncomfortable or worried. I received regular photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. Her two dogs are also adorable, friendly, and welcoming. Snow absolutely loved being there and looked so happy in every picture. It genuinely felt like she was on her own little vacation! Finding someone who treats your pet / baby like family is rare, and that’s exactly what they did. I would trust them with Snow again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate, and reliable sitter.”

“Feng was very thorough in getting to know my Pepe. On Pepe's first day she made sure that Pepe was safe, introducing him to other dogs slowly. She provide plenty of photos and updates. She also sent me video Pepe eating his kibbles which he doesnt eat when Im giving him , Feng has tricks and shared it to me🥰 Pepe seemed very comfortable and happy under her care. I’m very patient with shy, anxious, and senior dogs, and I’m experienced with puppies—including potty routines, basic manners, and crate training support. Safety and communication are a top priority for me, and I always keep owners updated so they can feel confident and at ease while they’re away. My schedule is built around feeding times, potty breaks, play sessions, walks, and rest periods to make sure each pet gets consistent care and attention throughout the day. I work from home, which allows me to closely supervise pets, keep them on their normal routines, and adjust care based on their energy level or needs. This consistency helps pets feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for while their owners are away. I follow each pet’s routine to help them feel comfortable and stress-free.
