“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. We will definitely book with Juanyi again for our future vacations, and recommend to every pet parents, my Lucky was treated like Juanyi's own, yours will too!❤️”

About: I love nurturing pets that need a little extra help! I have experience medicating pets with my senior dog Jimmy and taking care of high-need animals like young foster kittens. I have fostered kittens with the San Jose Animal Care Center and have now fostered ten kittens in total from bottle babies to adopt-ready. I'm comfortable keeping up with animals who need around-the-clock care! My partner and I both work from home throughout the week, so one of us is home at any given time. As such, we're able to petsit Sunday through Monday, any time. I walk dogs in our partially unfenced backyard on a leash where they have ample access to nature. Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of every kind and grew up with them since I was young. Animals have always been part of my everyday life. I have experience with senior dogs up to 15 years old, dogs recovering from surgery, and cats with different personalities. I always adjust my care to meet each pet’s needs. My dog gets along well with both dogs and cats, and since I work from home, your pet will have plenty of attention and supervision. We have a fully fenced yard and live in a quiet hillside area with very little noise or traffic, which helps keep the environment calm. I work from home, so I’m usually around throughout the day. Pets are never left home alone. When a new dog arrives, I don’t rush introductions. On the first day, I usually keep them physically separated so they can get used to each other’s scent and presence. On the second day, I allow controlled sniffing and short, supervised interactions. By the third day, I continue observing and adjusting based on their comfort level. Most dogs settle in naturally with this gradual approach. Their safety and comfort matter most to me - it’s important that they feel secure in a new environment. I never leave pets loose together without supervision. If we ever need to briefly step out, we have play pens and crates to safely separate them.
