“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. We will definitely book with Juanyi again for our future vacations, and recommend to every pet parents, my Lucky was treated like Juanyi's own, yours will too!❤️”

“This was the first time I tried a pet sitter app. My family are my usual dog sitters but they were all unavailable. So I requested Leah because my sister in law told me about her. I was really nervous but my sister in law told me about Rover & Leah and how much my fur nephews loved it there. We had to go on an unexpected trip for a funeral and Leah took care of my girl, Callie & fur nephews. Week before I even dropped off Callie, Leah was responsive to my questions and kind & patient with me. She let me know to create instructions on how to care for Callie & was so sweet & appreciative when I gave her back a full “book” of instructions. She was very reassuring that she & her family would care for Callie really well. Once my husband & I dropped off Callie to Leah, we were given a warm and welcoming greeting. She was inviting and just gave a very calming energy. Her place was clean, full of toys dog safe. Her furniture & products she used felt dog friendly & like a perfect second home for Callie. I felt really good about leaving Callie with her. During the trip we received updates. If I found myself just missing Callie and decided to check in by messaging Leah through the app, she was so responsive!. I was able to focus on family during this trip knowing Callie was in great hands! I only left Callie with Leah for 2 nights but, after this experience I would trust Leah to care for Callie for week(s) if needed. “Xiuhui aka Sophie is very responsive and responsible taking care of my shy, timid baby girl. Sophie takes my girl out for walks at least two times even it’s just 6-8 hours day care. Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

And I thought it would be a good idea to incorporate things I like doing to my daily routine so why not take this opportunity to take care of a bunch of fur babies! Unfortunately I do not do meet and greets but I do send pictures of my yard and house so you can see where your fur babies will be staying and do calls before drop offs! I work from home and the rest of my day is pretty empty so I thought this would be a perfect distraction and a great second part time job for me! Your dog will never be just a "task"—they are part of the family. • 8:30 AM | Morning Adventure: We kick off the day with a morning walk, followed by a nutritious brunch. • Mid-Day | Garden Play: Around noon, I provide supervised "yard breaks" in our large, fenced backyard for fresh air and sniffing. • Late Afternoon | Neighborhood Stroll: We head out for a second neighborhood walk, followed by dinner service. • Evening | Last Call: Before bedtime, we have one final backyard break to ensure everyone is settled and comfortable. Total Freedom: Your dog has the run of the house! They are welcome in any of the 4,000 sq. ft. of indoor space. Whether they want to sunbathe by a window or snooze near my desk while I work, they will have plenty of room to feel at home. About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of every kind and grew up with them since I was young. Animals have always been part of my everyday life. I have experience with senior dogs up to 15 years old, dogs recovering from surgery, and cats with different personalities. I always adjust my care to meet each pet’s needs. My dog gets along well with both dogs and cats, and since I work from home, your pet will have plenty of attention and supervision. We have a fully fenced yard and live in a quiet hillside area with very little noise or traffic, which helps keep the environment calm. I work from home, so I’m usually around throughout the day. Pets are never left home alone. When a new dog arrives, I don’t rush introductions. On the first day, I usually keep them physically separated so they can get used to each other’s scent and presence. On the second day, I allow controlled sniffing and short, supervised interactions. By the third day, I continue observing and adjusting based on their comfort level. Most dogs settle in naturally with this gradual approach. Their safety and comfort matter most to me - it’s important that they feel secure in a new environment. I never leave pets loose together without supervision. If we ever need to briefly step out, we have play pens and crates to safely separate them.

Your dog will have access to a very open and spacious area for frequent walks, and we are runners so we will even run with your dog if that's what they love! When they are not entirely absorbed by pet-cuddles, Saturday can be found reading, writing, or attempting not to kill their garden. As a full-time pet sitter, your fur babies are the focus of my day. I'm available for drop-in visits either morning (6am-noon), afternoon (noon-5pm), or evening (5pm-10pm). If I'm house sitting for your pets, we'll come up with an agreed upon schedule for when they need me home. I appreciate being able to care for pets in their own environments where they feel safe. They sent photos and videos and regular updates on their wellbeing and activities. My dogs were obviously having a good time, always tail up and wagging in videos and on walks, and even the shier lazy one was running around and playing at their nearby fenced dog park. Vico and Mingming were very accommodating: my dogs have sensitive stomach so we brought over 10 days worth of special meals for them, as well as a pet step ladder for my dog who can't jump on couches.
