About: Hi I’m Aaron, I have cared for the pets of my family and friends since I was 16 years old and have volunteered at many rescues and shelters over the years. I currently volunteer at the humane society of silicon valley and a non-profit farm. I have extensive experience working with pets in clients’ homes and I have one year of experience working as in home care giver for individuals with special needs. I am comfortable working with breeds of all sizes and various levels of training and would love to get to know your pet! I hope that this job will provide me with the hands on and memorable experience I need to get into vet school :) I currently work as a special ed teacher working with adults with high needs, so I’ve got lots of energy and patience. I work from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, but I’m used to early mornings. I am can provide direct care for your pets from 5 am - 7:30 am and from 3:30 pm onwards. My apartment does not allow pets so working at your home would be best for me :) I have lots of experience caring for pets in the home. I have house sat for large and small breeds at various levels of training. The first thing I try to establish from the owners is a sense of the pets routine (what a day usually looks like for that pet), then when I meet said pet I try to bond with them through that routine. I also try to communicate with the owner about what sort of energy the pet responds best to. I know that some pets what a more playful and fun affect while others benefit from something more mellow.

About: We love dogs, we have one our selves, she is a small Chihuahua-Terrier mix. She can be a little mean at first but only after a couple minutes she can really warm up to you. In fact, if she ever sees you or your dog she'll happily greet you with licks and tail wags. As for us we are a family of three, with me, my husband and 12 year old son! Our son really knows a lot about dogs, he loves them! We often like to go on walks everyday! Well at least if it's not raining. We like to go to the park on the weekends, so let your dog stay with us while you go out or go on a vacation or a work trip! Since 2020, when the pandemic started, my husband has been telecommuting from his work so he stays with and takes care of the dogs while I am away at work or our son is at school. You can be sure there is always someone at our home watching over your dog. Our dogs get to spend time in the family room, kitchen and nook, which has access to the sliding door that takes them to the backyard

About: I’ve cared for animals for many years and have experience with pets of all kinds. I raised and cared for my own Border Collie for 6 years, so I’m very familiar with the exercise, attention, and mental stimulation that active and high-energy dogs need. I also cared for someone else’s cat for about a year and understand how important it is to respect each pet’s individual personality and routine. Beyond dogs and cats, I’ve also cared for turtles, rabbits, parrots, and hamsters over the years. Having experience with so many different animals has taught me to be patient, attentive, and observant of their different needs and behaviors. I’ll treat your pet with the same care I’d give my own, follow your instructions closely, and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages while you’re away! I’m available on weekdays from 6–11 AM and after 8 PM, which works well for morning walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and evening care. My weekends are flexible, so I can usually accommodate different schedules and longer visits. I’m happy to coordinate around your pet’s normal routine whenever possible. I’ll always follow your instructions closely and respect your pet’s normal routine and home environment. I pay attention to doors, leashes, feeding instructions, and anything else that helps keep your pet safe. I’ll take time to let your pet get comfortable with me, and I’m happy to send photos and updates during every visit.

Dogs are usually walked twice a day, once in the early morning and once before sunset. Feeding is typically twice daily after walks, but I’m happy to adjust to your pup’s routine. I have a fenced yard for safe outdoor time and frequent potty breaks, and I live next to a school field where dogs can enjoy peaceful walks without car traveling. I also occasionally take dogs to a nearby dog park for social exposure. During hot weather, pups can relax in an AC room with a comfy couch. My partner, Vico, is currently in his veterinary clinical rotation and will be rejoining our family soon, adding even more animal-care experience and support. I walk the pups twice a day, one in early morning and another before the sun sets. Our feeding schedule is twice a day usually after the walk, but I'm flexible with any adjustments. I’m mostly home and my family can help take care of the pups when I work. I have a fenced yard that's big enough for the energetic pups to run around and provide frequent potty breaks if needed. I live right next to a school field where I can walk them without driving them around. We have a separate room with a nice couch and AC when the weather tends to get a little too hot during noon. I also bring the pups to a nearby dog park sometimes so they can have social exposures. Dogs that stays over a week gets a free bath upon request.
