Overall, our pets were safe and she checked in on them twice per day. She brought in packages and took the trash out to the street, which I really appreciated! The reason for 2 stars is that she consistently arrived 2-3 hours later than we’d discussed and only stayed for around half an hour based on our smart lock logs. We paid an extra fee per visit for her to stay for the full hour so our dog and cat had someone around while we were out of town. At first, I assumed she just forgot that we requested an hour visit, but she logged in her rover card that she was there for at least an hour each time. We had also discussed arriving earlier on Christmas Eve and Christmas so that she could attend family dinners, but I expected her to show up at a reasonable time the other days. The day after Christmas, she didn’t arrive until 3.5 hours after our scheduled time. Our dog was fine, but I felt bad that she didn’t get to go out until much later than she’s used to. Delaina was friendly and I appreciated her checking in on our pets over the holiday, but I wish she would have been more up front about her schedule and truthful about the amount of time spent with them.

Delaina stayed with my pets and sent updates about how they were doing. My little heard can be challenging due to anxiety and daily medication, but she managed well and they loved her. I will definitely use her for future pet sitting.
