🐱UPDATE AS OF JANUARY 2026🐶 I currently have a part-time job and I am going back to school part-time. Due to this, I am currently NOT accepting recurring bookings! However, if your pet(s) need weekly care, you are welcome to re-book each week as needed. I am usually available AFTER 5 PM on some weekdays, but I can sometimes make the time for a drop-in in the morning. I am also typically free on weekends. I regularly update my calendar and I’m very responsive, so please feel free to contact me to see if our schedules align! I also prefer to do a meet & greet first, even if it’s just a one-time booking because I want your pets to feel at ease with me. It is also an opportunity for you to see if you’d like to hire me as a sitter.

I will happily greet your pets and give them pets if they allow me to :) I know that especially with cats, I need to earn their trust, so I won't force anything if they're not comfortable yet. I'll keep your pets company and provide attention even if they're "low-maintenance". I'll ensure they have enough fresh water and food, as well as scoop their litter boxes! I carry extra waste bags with me and cat treats as well, so if you’re running low on bags I got you covered!

Please let me know if your pet has been vaccinated or any specific quirks/behaviors unique to your pet. I’d also like to know their diet, daily routine, if they take medications, and most importantly if they have reactive behavior.
A typical day
I think a typical day will be dependent on the pet I’m watching! For walks, I’ll give your dog some time to smell and explore their surroundings so they are mentally stimulated. I like to keep extra waste bags on me, so no worries if you run out of them. I’m pretty straightforward when it comes to dog walks unless you specify that you want some play time included (fetch, tug of war etc). Overall, I just want to make sure your pet isn’t stressed and isn’t trying to eat strange things off the ground. For drop-ins, I’ll make sure to stay the entire 30 or 60 minutes to keep your fur baby company! I’ll scoop and refill their litter boxes, fill their food and water bowls, and do any necessary cleanups. I take reading body language very seriously, so if your pet is up for it, the rest of the time will be spent playing!

Hi there, my name is Kryssel (kris-SELL)! I've always loved all sorts of animals. As a kid, I had a guinea pig and I currently have a pet tarantula named Genmaicha, so I enjoy taking care of exotic animals in addition to cats and dogs. If you have small non-traditional pets that need to be looked after, please reach out! I have about 4 years of pet care experience, mainly from looking after my family dog, Mocha, a playful little Shih Tzu. I also have experience taking care of my friends' cats. Although I don't have a cat of my own yet, I absolutely love them and respect their boundaries. Winning a cat's trust feels like an achievement, which I hope I can do with yours :) I understand cats and dogs can have very different personalities, so I tailor my interactions to their unique preferences.
