“Xiuhui aka Sophie is very responsive and responsible taking care of my shy, timid baby girl. Sophie takes my girl out for walks at least two times even it’s just 6-8 hours day care. Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

Hua was absolutely wonderful with Kimchi today! She was so accommodating of Kimchi’s daily routine, which made me feel at ease right away. I loved receiving the frequent photo and text updates throughout the day—it’s clear Kimchi was having a blast! Kimchi also had a great time playing with Hua’s dogs and came home happy and tired.
