About: Cats have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I'm the proud cat mom of Louie, who has been my companion for the past 15 years. During my time as a travel nurse, Louie and I spent eight years traveling the country together, which taught me a great deal about animal behavior, routines, and helping pets feel secure and comfortable. About: I used to volunteer at my local animal shelter, where I spent my free time walking and caring for dogs. I loved getting to know each dog’s unique personality and making sure they got the exercise and attention they needed. I truly miss it, and I’m excited to spend time caring for your pup like they’re my own. (I also love running please let me know if you want me to take your dog on a run!) Free on the weekends! During the week I’m free in the mornings or after work at 3pm! Would love to interact with animals more since I can’t own any in my apartment. I’m very used to big dogs and or aggressive cats it’s very situational but I’m confident I can handle any pet! I don’t offer boarding at my place unfortunately.

Zixi did an amazing job taking care of my cat! While I was away, I initially had friends stop by several times a week, but my cat became very anxious and started vomiting hairballs frequently. I then booked Zixi for three consecutive nights of house sitting, and the difference was immediate. From the very first night, my cat warmed up to him. Zixi brushed her 2–3 times a day and thoughtfully gave her wet food to help soothe her digestion. Thanks to his attentive care, my cat’s condition improved significantly—she stopped vomiting and was visibly much happier. I truly appreciated how patient and observant Zixi was, and I would absolutely book with him again!
