It was a long time for us to be away, especially from a pup with separation anxiety and health issues that require medication multiple times a day, so we needed someone truly exceptional. But what really sets Kiana apart is how deeply she cares. Knowing our dog struggles with new people and stressful transitions, she not only came for an initial meet and greet but proactively offered to visit again so he could feel completely comfortable before the long stay. “Alexus did an amazing job with our girl, Hippie! She stayed with her while we were gone for 2 weeks and she took excellent care of our dog. She updated us with photos and videos, and we returned to a happy and healthy pup. She is very sweet with our dog and make sure she got in her walks every day, even working around the extreme heat. Alexus also had to deal with some unexpected home issues (ant infestation, fallen tree branches, etc.) while we were gone, and idd a great job helping us and communicating with us throughout. With this, I have learned many new ways to top the care I can give with any fur baby I come across.
