Jiamin is the best pet sitter ever! One of the things I appreciated most was how much attention and affection Jiamin gave to my cat. On top of that, Jiamin wrote a River Card after every visit and included tons of pictures and videos. My cat looked like he was having an amazing time—honestly, even more fun than he usually has with me, lol. Jiamin also noticed that my cat might benefit from having more companionship. Because of that, I requested an additional last-minute visit, and Jiamin was kind enough to accommodate it. I could feel the care and affection in every visit, and my cat definitely loved Jiamin.

Jiamin was excellent with our pups. She’s was prompt for both our meet and greet and scheduled booking. She sent extremely thorough updates with lots of photos, and the dogs loved her! Will definitely use her services in the future. Thanks Jiamin!
highly recommend Jiaming, she is very responsible and clearly has a natural gift with animals. Not only does my dog adore her, but even my extremely shy cat who usually hides from everyone feels comfortable enough to come out and be near her. It’s such a relief knowing my pets are in such caring hands
Jiamin was a big help walking my dogs! She communicated well prior to the appointment to arrange a meet and greet, and providing updates walk as well. Highly recommended, and we will see Jiamin again soon!

I’m available on weekends. If needed, early morning and after work on weekdays also works. I can greet and meet and discuss the schedule your pet prefers.

I require a Meet & Greet for all new clients before I can accept a booking. This is to make sure it's a great fit for everyone involved. 🐾 HOUSE SITTING POLICIES 🐾 To ensure the best care for your pups, please review my standard house sitting guidelines below before booking: • Standard Overnight Care: My standard house-sitting rate covers a typical overnight stay from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, which includes standard morning/evening feedings and potty breaks. • Constant / Extended Care: If your dogs have severe separation anxiety or require extended hours/constant care during the daytime, an additional rate will apply. Every dog is unique! We will discuss and finalize your pup's exact routine and schedule during our Meet & Greet to make sure it's a perfect match.
