About: Hello folks, we have been a large dog family for over 12 years. Unfortunately I lost my puppy this year. It's too early for me to get a new pet but we miss him dearly. While I had him I was always looking for a family that could board him while I was out traveling or visiting family. It's time for me to return the favor to other dog families who need that support and help. I live near Sunnyvale downtown in a single family home with a large lot and know the neighborhood well. We offer a calm, home environment — not a kennel — where dogs get personalized care and lots of love. I send regular photo updates so you always know how your pup is doing. Your dog will get plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles during their stay with me. I will be happy to board your babies and take care of them while you are gone. Give me a few days of notice so I can plan my work schedule and travel plans accordingly. For longer stays, please give me a few weeks notice. I work from home, so your dog is never left alone for long. They'll have company throughout the day, regular outdoor breaks, and plenty of attention. My schedule is flexible, which means I can give dogs the time and attention they deserve — regular walks, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day rather than just morning and evening. Pet care is a natural part of our daily routine since we have had our own dog at home. “Super amazing cat sitter! I had to go on a last minute flight and was able to book Rendell with 3 days notice for the following 10 days. He is super responsive (responded to my messages almost instantly) and was super flexible with times (I had to increase from 1 visit to 2 visits a day, and also had to adjust the scheduled dates later). Every visit, he cleaned the food and water bowls, refilled kibble to exactly 35g with my scale, fed him a quarter can of wet food, and played with him using the wand toy. My cat had a mild case of ringworms and he was also able to accommodate for that and send me daily photos of his skin to track if things were getting worse. He was also able to operate my automatic litter machine and refill the trash bag, as well as help me clean the roomba after it vacuumed and mopped. Would recommend to anyone looking for a seamless experience!”

Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

About: I am a lifelong lover and owner of pets with over 25 years of experience. Having had companions, including several dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, and even a rabbit, I have a knack and love for caring for and playing with animals. I am a current fur dad as well to an Australian Shepherd and a rambunctious little Seal Point Bengal. By the way, if your dog isn’t prey driven, I don’t mind rollerblading them and helping them to get some exercise if that is an option! All of what I make here by the way is going towards my MBA degree at USC and continuous veterinary bills for my dog with prescriptions and dietary restrictions.
