“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was boy, helping dog sit and walk family friends pets. I also have a rescue cat, who I have raised from 2-11. I'm currently job hunting, so my only conflicts currently are interviews. I am free each day from 9am - 1pm, and 4pm - 9pm. Alternatively I may free up midday, and in those cases I am free 9am-9pm barring interviews. I work with owners to determine if the dog has a route it likes, and then take that route. Safety is a priority on walks, making sure to be cautious of other people, dogs, and cars. I like to make sure I have water and a portable water holder on hand, as well as some treats (at owner discretion), and set treat limits. Pets are part of the family, and should be treated as such.

“Philip and Michael were great first-time sitters for our 2 year old German Shepherd/Husky and 1 year old Aussie Cattle Dog/Hound. Philip allowed a meet-n-greet in advance to see how our dogs got along with theirs, and he was patient and accommodating of our asks for their care. He sent videos and photos during their stay, and despite both dogs being anxious when we dropped them off, they were calm and settled, and 'part of the pack' when we returned. They were well looked after while we were away!”

They were able to keep my very active dog really engaged with regular walks, potty breaks, playing fetch and training him (last two were them going above and beyond). They were very knowledgeable about pet care and had asked me to fill out a questionnaire about my dog and his activities before the stay so that they can keep it as a reference during his stay.
