I have a dog who is an only child right now and loves to have sleep overs and playmates visit. I also have a soft spot for special needs dogs. I treat all fur babies in my care as if they are my own. It was my dog's first day boarding. She is 11 months old. Pratima was very patient with her & kept us updated on how our pup was doing. I soon realized she was in good hands. Pratima gave me a quick update towards end of the day when i went to pick up my dog at the end of the day. I am planning to try night boarding as well with Pratima. Entrusting your pet with someone you do not know is high anxiety for a first time parent for a doggy daycare experience! We had the opportunity to meet Sarala and Appa Rao and their pup Chai prior to dropping Bella off for her first time for doggy day care. We felt very comfortable leaving our girl, knowing she was with the right family to care for her while we were away. She may have had a bit of separation anxiety but Sarala and Appa Rao knew exactly what to do and made her feel at home right away. Their pup is an Australian Shepard which has a similar personality and behaviors as our Border Collie. Couldn’t have been a more perfect match!! Thank you for making us feel very welcome in your home as well as Bella and caring for our pup as if she was yours!!
