About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who is currently taking a step back from my career and focusing on things that truly bring me joy—spending time with animals being at the top of that list. I share my home with my sweet two-year-old mini dachshund, who is full of love and would be so happy to have some furry company. One of the reasons I’m excited to start pet sitting is to give her the chance to socialize and make new friends, while also opening my home to other pets who need a safe, loving place to stay. We live on a large property, with a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely explore, play, and relax. Your pet will be treated like family here—never just a guest. I understand how important it is to feel confident and at ease when leaving your pet in someone else’s care, and I will make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and a calm, comfortable environment. This is my first time offering pet sitting services, and I’m doing it purely out of love for animals and the joy they bring. As an empty nester currently at home, my daily routine centers around caring for my own dog, which means I’m home, attentive, and able to give plenty of time, supervision, and care to visiting pets as well. A typical day in our home is calm, cozy, and centered around your pet’s comfort. My little mini dachshund is a bit of a late sleeper, so mornings start gently. When she wakes up, we head outside to our fully fenced yard where she can sunbathe, explore, and take care of business. I’m always present with her outside to make sure she’s safe and comfortable, especially since she’s small. After some fresh air, we come back inside for a relaxed morning. She enjoys her home-cooked meals and then usually settles by the window—one of her favorite spots—to watch the world go by or take a nap. Our home has lots of windows, each with a cozy spot for her to sit, so she loves moving from room to room depending on where she wants to look outside. The day flows naturally with plenty of rest, quiet time, and attention. We typically don’t go on long walks since we have over an acre of fully fenced space, which provides plenty of room for exercise, play, and exploration—especially for a small dog. Occasionally, I may take her out for a fun outing, but most of her activity and enrichment happens right here at home in a safe, open environment. Throughout the day, your pet will have the freedom to go outside as needed, always supervised, and will receive lots of love and companionship. In the evenings, we continue the same relaxed routine with more outdoor time, dinner, and winding down for the night. Because I’m home and have a flexible schedule, I can easily adjust to your pet’s needs—whether that means sticking to a specific feeding routine, extra potty breaks, or just more cuddle time. My goal is to create a peaceful, loving environment where your pet feels safe, happy, and truly at home. My little one would also love the company!

About: I’ve been a lifelong animal owner and love animals of all kinds. 🥰. I’m semi retired and have time and space in my home to help you with your furry family members. Contact me and let me know how I can help! 😊 I’m retired and work part time from home. I have plenty of space and time for furbabies. I get out daily for multiple walks in beautiful downtown Pleasanton. I have a small fenced yard and deck that’s open to the dogs all day. Inside the dogs do not need to be crated unless the client prefers. Your animals are treated like family.

About: Growing up, I always had a lot of love for animals and had many different pets from fishes, birds, guinea pig, and dogs. I had a toy poodle for 14 years before she passed and growing up as an only child, she was my best friend and more than a dog. Now, although I don’t have any pets of my own (eventually will!) I love taking care of dogs of my friends and family! I started taking care of dogs around the end of my college years and occasionally take dogs in need for care and more. I know a lot of parks around Pleasanton and tri-valley as I grew up here and would love to take your dogs on a walk! I am also available to check in on your fur baby whenever you need me to. I’m currently working part time, and have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to give your pets the time, love, and attention they need. I make sure to plan my day around walks, playtime, and check-ins so that your furry friend always feels cared for and never rushed. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I create a calm and loving environment, and I’m attentive to each pet’s unique needs and routines. Whether at my home or yours, I make sure they’re safe, happy, and never left unattended for long. I’m comfortable with crates if needed, giving medications, and providing plenty of playtime, cuddles, and walks. You can feel confident knowing your furry friend is in caring, reliable hands.

About: I’ve taken the most care of my two dogs since 2013. I also frequently visit my friends’ homes and spend time with their pets as well. I’m currently on a gap year prior to commencing my Masters degree, so I have complete availability! I am gone from November 8-15 and December 12-January 14, though. I’m very kind and patient and will always keep your dog on a leash when we’re outside. I always make sure I keep doors closed so they can’t run away. I ensure their water bowls are full and keep them clean.

“This was our second experience with Susan in just a month—this time for daycare—and it confirmed everything we already felt about her. The moment Mochi’s paws touched the grass, she knew where she was. She sprinted to the front door, then to the garage looking for Susan, then back again—at one point even trying to crawl under the gate to get to her! It was hilarious, heart-melting, and such a clear sign of how special Susan is to her. Mochi absolutely adores her. At pickup, Mochi was happy to see me—but then ran right back to Susan for one last cuddle. It was priceless. Susan truly understands the perfect dog equation: a well-exercised + mentally stimulated + loved dog = a happy, content, and tired pup. Mochi was snoring the moment we got home! Whether you need daycare or an overnight stay, Susan is, without a doubt, the one.”
