She made this experience so easy for me and was so great with updates, that included the best pictures and cutest videos of our Luna. I never once had to wonder how my pup was doing and I wouldn’t hesitate to book Jeangbin again! Luna also got to spend her time with Kim, their sweet and patient retriever and their new puppy! She cared for Luna as if she were her own pup and for that I am eternally grateful. You really couldn’t ask for a better person to look after your fur babies! Milla gave multiple daily updates with pictures without fail. Our two fur babies seemed to really have made Milla’s home like theirs. They were allowed to chill on the couch and made their way on to the bed too. Milla treated our doggies like her own and was very accommodating with the drop off/pick up schedules. She even brought home made treats for Boston and gave him steamed broccoli while he was with her. “I left my 10 month old pup with Elise on a Saturday so I could go to San Francisco to see a show. Elise was wonderful about being flexible with the time as I wasn't sure when I'd be back. And when I picked up my pup, he clearly had an awesome time. He had such a big smile on his face like he wanted to tell me all about it! And as I started walking with him to the car, he turned and looked at Elise as if he may want to stay with her. :-) This was wonderful for me because he is very attached to me and I wasn't sure how he'd do when I left him in an unfamiliar situation. I'm so happy that I found Elise on Rover. My experience with her was fantastic and I highly recommend her!”

“Phina watched our pooch Bolt for half a day. It was our first time trying Rover or any doggy day care service for that matter. Phina was just great and she accommodated to our last minute request despite being busy that day. Sure enough, she was extremely friendly and took good care of Bolt and made him very comfortable with her dogs. Phina’s place has a huge backyard which is a huge plus; the dogs can just chill and play around in it all day long. Bolt will surely see more of Phina :).”
