Rachna has a lot of love for animals. She was very kind and patient to Luma, even when he exhibited anxious barking and whining continuously as it was only his second time with a daycare pet sitter. Although, I had to pick up Luma earlier, I really appreciated Rachna communicating with me and genuinely showed concern for his anxiousness. Hope it works out next time when Luma gets more used to daycare.
April is super kind and accommodating. Luma came back home very happy and I'm very happy to have found her. Our pup’s first day staying with Dyan and her family. He sure seemed to have a good time. Dyan sent several pics and videos of Kitsu on a walk and playing with her kids. It was a “get to know each other” day. He’s going to stay with them again next week while we’re away. Dyan is great with communication and following whatever requests we had for Kitsu.
