She handled all of Lexies special needs as a senior (frequent potty breaks, small frequent meals to avoid vomiting, twice daily meds, separation anxiety and confusion with her advanced years etc) with such love and grace. She communicated with me often with how Lexie’s day was going, how she was eating, pottying and so forth. I received lots of photos and videos of Lexie while we were gone. 🥰 I felt completely at ease and Lexie enjoyed her stay very much. We haven’t had much experience with Rover and was a little nervous about it, especially because our dog Emi has separation anxiety and resource guards. But, Tina was great with Emi, and Emi seemed to have a great time exploring and sniffing around the backyard! We also love all the photos and updates she sent throughout the day. We seriously couldn’t have found a better person than Ruchi to watch our dog. From day one it was clear that she was super kind, caring, reliable, and really on top of things. She sent us pics and updates the whole time we were gone, which made us feel so much better. Bubbles came home happy, chill, and obviously well looked after.
