At one point, I even joked that she shouldn’t spoil Mochi too much or she’d go into Susan withdrawal when she got home… and honestly, she did the next day! Susan is an absolute gem. We highly recommend her without hesitation and are so grateful she made Mochi’s first Rover stay such a happy and memorable one.”

These were things I didn’t think we could—or even should—do yet, but she handled everything with such expertise and intuition. I even learned a lot from this little trip. We’ve already decided she’s our primary caregiver whenever we’re out of town—maybe even for casual visits, because Maverick absolutely loved it there. Through these years, I handled daily walks, feeding schedules, grooming, training reinforcement, and lots of playtime and companionship. Caring for a German Shepherd taught me the importance of structure, patience, exercise, and positive reinforcement. I understand how much love, attention, and consistency dogs need to feel safe and happy. I truly love dogs and treat every pet as if they were my own — with care, responsibility, and plenty of affection. Since I work from home, I’m able to spend most of my day with the pets I care for, giving them plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I work from home, so dogs receive constant supervision, attention, and care throughout the day. My home has a spacious 12,000 sq. ft. backyard, including a separate fenced area for safe outdoor play and exercise. I provide a calm, secure, and loving environment where every dog is treated like family. 🐾

About: What sets me apart is my consistency and attention to detail. I make sure every pet’s routine is followed closely—from feeding schedules to playtime and comfort—so they feel secure while you’re away. I have experience caring for different types of animals through both personal experience and fostering, which has made me adaptable and attentive to each pet’s needs. Even with a busy schedule, I’m very intentional about the time I dedicate to pet care, making sure they’re not just looked after, but truly cared for. I’m currently only enrolled at school part time so aside from those 3 hours monday-thursday I’m home and ready to give your pet all the care they need! In my home, I create a safe and calm environment for pets. I don’t have a yard, so there’s no risk of pets getting out, and I always keep dogs on a leash during walks for their safety. I also have a quiet, secluded room available if a pet needs a calm space to relax or feel secure. At the same time, my home has plenty of space for pets who enjoy exploring and playing. I always adjust to each pet’s comfort level and make sure they feel safe, supervised, and cared for at all times.

“This is our third time having Mary board our cats and we’ll definitely be continuing to use her! Mary takes great care of our cats and we appreciate how much time she spends hanging out with them while they’re with her. The boarding space is beautifully set up with all the things a cat could want: big window with a cat tree for bird watching, toys, cozy spots to hide, wall mounted platforms, and much more! Mary has a ton of cat experience so we always breathe a sigh of relief when she’s watching them because we know they’re in such good hands.
