We boarded Mochi with Susan for a few nights while we were away, and she was incredibly attentive to her needs. She took her on daily walks, played lots of ball with her—Mochi is a serious ball-aholic—and, most importantly, loved her like her own. She also sent updates and photos, which meant so much to us. At one point, I even joked that she shouldn’t spoil Mochi too much or she’d go into Susan withdrawal when she got home… and honestly, she did the next day! Susan is an absolute gem. We highly recommend her without hesitation and are so grateful she made Mochi’s first Rover stay such a happy and memorable one.”

Through these years, I handled daily walks, feeding schedules, grooming, training reinforcement, and lots of playtime and companionship. Caring for a German Shepherd taught me the importance of structure, patience, exercise, and positive reinforcement. I understand how much love, attention, and consistency dogs need to feel safe and happy. I truly love dogs and treat every pet as if they were my own — with care, responsibility, and plenty of affection. Since I work from home, I’m able to spend most of my day with the pets I care for, giving them plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I work from home, so dogs receive constant supervision, attention, and care throughout the day. My home has a spacious 12,000 sq. ft. backyard, including a separate fenced area for safe outdoor play and exercise. Shipra and her family took such good care of Sammy while we were away for 2 nights! Communication was prompt and very smooth, and Sammy adapted to their home quickly. The night before leaving on a Hawaiian vacation our dog got sick and was scheduled to go to Kathleen’s house for the week I contacted Kathleen early that morning and told her the situation and she graciously told me to bring him anyway, had she not done this either my wife or myself would have had to stay home with him making our family vacation a mess. Over the next few days she nursed him back to his normal self which brought much relief to us so that we could enjoy the rest of our family trip. Kathleen is the best.
April is definitely is a top notch dog sitting provider. Even though this was the first time using her service, I felt extremely comfortable from the meet and greet to when I picked up my dog, Hilo. She was so accommodating to my schedule, and provided the best care possible in my absence. She fulfilled all my directions and did the things she listed on her profile. So there was no miscommunication. What caught my eye about her profile when going through them on Rover were the camera portraits of the dog with a cute sign next to them. She did that too, with Hilo! When you are somebody, like me, who always thinks about your dog, it's nice that she sent pictures/videos throughout the day. Something like that, goes a long way. Thanks again April, and I'm looking forward to the next time using her as her as Hilo's dog sitter.
Zcarina took wonderful care of our senior pup. She was extremely flexible, and was willing to work with our unconventional schedule (due to my mom having a back injury). My dog Nala was in great hands with Yan, this was her first stay without family around and I was completely comfortable knowing my dog baby Nala was well loved and taken care of, I received daily pictures and updates about Nala’s day and that was nice to know what Nala was up to and that she was doing well.
