These were things I didn’t think we could—or even should—do yet, but she handled everything with such expertise and intuition. I even learned a lot from this little trip. Mary takes great care of our cats and we appreciate how much time she spends hanging out with them while they’re with her. The boarding space is beautifully set up with all the things a cat could want: big window with a cat tree for bird watching, toys, cozy spots to hide, wall mounted platforms, and much more! He had great communication before and during the boarding engagement. Our pugs were returned happy and healthy and it was apparent that Paul took very good care of them. Bhumi and her family were very kind and caring with our dog, Lambeau. They watched him for a week and gave him plenty of exercise. They were mindful to exercise him early or late in the day and keep him indoors on a few days when the temperatures rose pretty high. Bhumi sent me daily pictures of Lambeau and I could tell he was being well-cared for. We are very happy that he had a comfortable stay with them and would use Bhumi again for dog boarding!
