All Dogs Love Paul
Before Rover, I considered a business actually called "ADLP". Besides just being a very intuitive "dog person", I was in scent training for diabetics for awhile before a job change, and I've been around dogs long enough to "hear what they're saying".

We left our two pugs with Paul for a long weekend trip, four days. Paul is absolutely an "dog person" and has experience with dogs of many breeds, including pugs! He had great communication before and during the boarding engagement. Our pugs were returned happy and healthy and it was apparent that Paul took very good care of them. I would recommend Paul for anyone who has boarding needs.

So happy to have met and booked with Paul. He reminds me of our OG sitter, Brad, who sold us on using Rover so many years ago. We recently had a brief sojourn from Rover when my dog had an injury prior to a trip. I decided to board him at a highly recommended kennel that had a vet on staff. When we picked him up the staff, to their credit, let me know my dog was lonely and unhappy. They did what they could to keep him close to people but being in a kennel, even if it's a clean, spacious room, is not for him. Enter Paul; our new fav. He truly is dog's best friend and I knew it the moment we met Paul and his two pups. I can always tell when my dog has had a good stay because he's a bit reluctant to leave when I pick him up. That's when I know he's been in good hands. Paul will be at the top of our list for future stays.
I have known Paul for several years. He is a caring and responsible person who loves animals. Leaving your dog with Paul, is knowing that you’re pet is in good hands.

Schedule
I'm a work from home guy, so I (and your dog) will always have company. It keeps the "community" active and fun, and I know how to listen when it's time to go outside.

Safety, trust & environment
I live between two golf courses, which we use regularly to let nature's instincts do their thing. Nothing would be off-leash until everyone is comfortable with the dog's recall, but it beats a "walk around the block". 70% of the walks (or "hunts" as I like to call them) are not on the course itself but adjacent service roads, and it doesn't matter the dog's size, they all love it, from my 11 lb.Pomeranian to my 85 lb. Retriever.

A typical day
If the dogs don’t exercise, I don’t sleep, and to maintain THIS beauty, I need my sleep 🤓 Staying responsible to and for your dog, I kind of let them decide what they need that day. My Benito runs like a gazelle most days, but other times he just walks next to me.
