“Thank you Frank and Thao for taking such great care of Louie. We appreciated the pictures and updates and looked like he had so much fun playing with Walter in the big backyard. We were comforted leaving our fur baby in your care and will rebook again!!”

“Judith is an awesome sitter with a great set up for dogs in her home/yard. She’s been so accommodating and has reduced the stress of my dog sitting needs!! Thanks so much Judith!”

“I booked Houda and her family for my wedding weekend. I have 2 cats and they did so good with them! I loved that they were completely separate from any other animals and I didn’t have to worry about them. They took care of them as they were their own. 10/10 sweetest family!”

“Patrick is the best dog host I have come across on rover ! He kept me posted about my dog regularly with text updates and pics. I could tell my dog was very well cared for, he seemed very relaxed and happy when I picked him up :)”

“This was a great experience!! This was the first time our dog stayed with someone we didn't know and Ruth made the process so easy. We felt so relaxed knowing our dog was not only well taken care of but loved! Ruth sent constant updates and photos to keep us informed. We would definitely return and highly recommend Ruth!!”

“Daisy did an amazing job caring for our dogs while we were out of town. From the moment we picked them up, we could tell they had a great time-they came home happy, sleepy (LOL), and clearly well-loved. They got plenty of play time with Daisy's kids and their dog, which made it feel like a true family environment. Knowing our dogs were treated like part of the family meant everything to us and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Thank you so much Daisy and family for taking such great care of our pups! We highly recommend her and would absolutely book again!”

“Our longest time away from iggy since we got her and this wonderful family put our minds and hearts at ease. Thank you Virginie and Max! We will always plan our vacations around your availability:)”

“Excellent experience! Our dog had a great time while he was there, and he was very well cared for. We also received many lovely photos that helped us miss him just a bit less 😉. We Highly recommend Brayden and Noel!”

About: I have owned pets of diverse age and size, from litter age to senior dogs - their love is sublime, and their ask & needs endearing. I am a health care industry remote working professional who enjoys spending time with my senior pug, Ginger. My residence is on a 1 acre lot with a private valley, and controlled gated access. The house also has a hummingbird colony that calls it home for decades. I love to take Ginger for walks, and engage with other pet lovers, in a world where everyone is plugged into their devices. I recognize its a huge responsibility and an honor to take care of your pet. I also travel and the need to have a loving caring home for my pet has been a major area of concern. Pets are very sensitive to changes in their routine, and absence of their care provider, and need a caring home while they await your return. With that in mind, it's important to provide both comfort - food, rest, play time, bio breaks - and also reassurance in a moment that can be stressful. I recognize the need that disruptions can cause their bodily routines to change, and those moments need care and understanding. I am fine with that. I sincerely hope that when their stay with me is complete, and they are back in your arms, they look back with a wag, as they hop in the family car for the trip home.

“Maria & Kevan along with their wonderful girls were amazing petsitters for our Labrador Retreiver, Louie. From the moment I dropped off Louie and met them, I could tell he was going to be completely comfortable, well-cared for, and loved for the duration of his 10 day stay with their family. Receiving a photo or two of Louie each day was amazing and it was heartwarming to see Louie so happy getting lots of snuggles, playtime with his toys, neighborhood walks, and peaceful naps at their feet. Thank you so much to Maria & Kevan and their daughters for making Louie feel like a part of their family! Louie can't wait to visit again!”

About: I have experience caring for dogs including my own senior Shih Tzu. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and creating a safe, comfortable experience for every dog. I currently offer dog walking services, focusing on exercise, fresh air, and attentive care. During walks, I make sure dogs are safe, well-exercised, and given time to relax and take care of their needs. I always follow owner instructions closely and treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel comfortable and cared for throughout the walk. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I am available full-time, seven days a week. My flexible schedule allows me to provide dependable care, whether it's daily walks, drop-in visits, daycare, boarding, or overnight care. I enjoy spending time with pets and can easily accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend bookings. My goal is to provide consistent, attentive care while ensuring each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their time with me. We have a fenced large balcony at first floor. Also a big area in our community with natural grass perfect for play and potty breaks.
“James and his family are amazing, highly recommended. They have a great house, were easy to communicate with and overall made us felt very comfortable having them board our diabetic cat.”

“Sofiia and her husband were absolutely amazing with our dog! They took her in last minute and were so caring and attentive! Will definitely be using again! Our dog came back happy and rested.”

“Vicki was a fantastic dog sitter for our puppy Bruno. He had the best time with her. Loved all the photo and video updates we got from Vicki. She was super easy to communicate with and very responsive.”

About: I have 2 cats and sit for family/friends pets often. I can follow specific instructions well, and am well equipped to handle most animals. I am a high school student on summer break, and have a relatively flexible schedule to cater to any specific needs a pet could have. I care for pets in my home however comfortable they are. I let them adjust to a new setting, and giving them as much love and attention as they can tolerate.
“We live in Orange County and just visited Bay Area to attend a friend’s wedding this past weekend and had Daisy, our 1.5 year old golden doodle, with us. We were so lucky to find Chris on Rover to have Daisy stay with him for the 24 hour window that we were engaged in the wedding activities. He is a super kind and caring guy and he and his wife treated our little daughter like their own dog. Every time I texted him I got an update with a cute picture within 10 minutes? Couldn’t be happier about our dog sitter choice, strongly recommend him to anyone living in the area or visiting and will definitely use him on our future trips to Bay Area.”

“This is Loveleen's second time with Casey and I have no worries at all whenever Loveleen is under Casey's care for doggy day care. I highly recommend Casey's services as he is very communicative and is flexible on drop off and pick up timing. This will not be Loveleen's last time with Casey!”

Scout and Mila had a wonderful time with Frank, Thao and their family! We received regular updates on how they were doing and they were getting plenty of attention, love, exercise and outdoor time while we were out of town. We will 100% be booking with them again and highly recommend them! Our pups came home happy as ever. We’re happy they were so well cared for.

My dog spent two weeks with Stacey and her family and I highly recommend the attention and care that she and her son gave Nova. I was kept updated with pictures and video and my trip was more relaxed knowing that Nova is comfortable and given a lot of attention. I am recommending Stacey and will definitely use her services when traveling.

Matthew provided excellent care for our two poms while we were away for the weekend. He played with them, took them on walks, sent us pics each day, and communicated with us frequently. Our dogs were so happy and content when we got home, so I know they were well cared for. I would definitely recommend Matthew. He is a true dog lover and a responsible sitter we can trust. Thank you!!

Maddie watched our dog Kora and was amazing! Kora had the absolute best stay - she played, went for walks and had so much love during her time with Maddie! Maddie was also great at communicating with me and is a very caring and loving dog caregiver! Highly recommend!

Jessica and her family provided excellent care for our dog, Vespa, while we were on vacation. In addition to providing the care we had previously discussed, Jessica really stepped up to the plate to care for Vespa's paw after a foxtail was stuck two days before she was dropped off. We received daily messages and pictures, helping reassure us that everything was healing and she was a happy puppy! When we picked her up, we could tell that she was loved and cared for like she was their own. We would definitely recommend Jessica and can't wait for Vespa to stay with her again!

Rachael did an amazing job caring for Steve over the weekend! She sent me lots of photos and kept me posted on what they were up to which I really appreciated. Steve means everything to us and we were worried about leaving him but she made me feel very comfortable that he was in great hands. I would definitely book with Rachael again!
