“Maria and Kevan are wonderful!! They made our dog feel at home and I love all the photo updates I get from them. They’re very sweet and kind and I would definitely recommend them to any pup.”

“Patrick was great! Our two dogs were well taken care of and well exercised. He was good with communication and sending photo updates. Would happily send our dogs to his house again.”

“Highly recommend Jenean! This was the first time leaving my puppy with someone else, and I felt comfortable knowing that my dog would be the only one Jenean was caring for at the same time. She has a lovely home, a sweet personality, and took my dog for daily walks. She also was wonderfully easy to work with -- VERY responsive to text messages. Will definitely re-book for future trips!”

“Ying is a wonderful dog sitter. She took care of our 75lbs Shepard mix and sent us fun photos and generally cared about his well being. We hope she’s available the next time we need a sitter!”

“Barsha is the best! She has watched one of my pups for a day before but this time she watched both the dogs for 3 nights! Of course it went amazing! She sent tons of pictures and videos and kept us updated the whole stay. I could see how happy the dogs were in the videos, playing and making themselves at home on her couch. They now even have a favorite spot there. Will definitely rebook with Barsha any time we need a sitter! Can't recommend her enough!”

“Wow, I’m glad we found Mike! First, he was extremely responsive. When we messaged looking for boarding for our dog in about a weeks time, he replied quickly and set up a meet and greet for the next day. He replied quickly to all our messages bout logistics. Second, he has a great combination of attentiveness and no-stress. He asked all the usual questions about our dog, and wanted to get to know her needs. When meeting Bowie for the first time, he read he body language as other dogs went by and even guessed “she isn’t been to this park before, right?” Which was true. Our dog isn’t used to socializing much with other dogs, so we were a little nervous about leaving her with another dog in the house. But Mike was very relaxed and confident about it, without being minimizing. We could tell that he reads dogs carefully and knows his dog well which made us feel comfortable that he could manage the two dogs interactions well. Finally, Bowie clearly had fun! We got some great pictures of her on hikes, lounging in the yard, and napping on the couch - her kind of vacation! My only hesitation in leaving a positive review is that other people might snag the future dates we want for boarding 😁”

About: Hi! I’m a 22 year old recent graduate from Cal Poly. I’m a dedicated pet lover and used to have a dachshund of my own, so I know how important it is to leave your pet in good hands. I’ve spent a lot of time pet sitting for friends/family, and I always make it a priority to keep pets comfortable, active, and loved. Whether your pet needs long walks, playtime, or just some extra cuddles, I’m here to help! I currently work remotely part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m available 7 days a week and can often accommodate last-minute bookings, so feel free to reach out anytime! I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment when caring for pets. I have a fenced backyard where pets can safely spend time outside, and I always supervise outdoor time. I make sure pets get regular walks, exercise, and plenty of attention based on their individual needs. During walks, I keep dogs on a secure leash with properly fitted collars or harnesses, stay aware of our surroundings, and avoid unsafe or overly busy areas. I adjust each walk to your pet’s energy level and make sure they stay comfortable and safe. In a client’s home, I respect your space and follow all routines and instructions to keep your pet feeling secure and well cared for.
“Our dog loved staying at Stefanie’s with her dog Prince. She always sent us updates and pictures. We would love to rebook with her in the future because she’s amazing!”

About: I’ve been working with animals since my teenage years, including 2 years at a pet store and assisting at multiple dog expos starting at age 16. I’ve owned and raised dogs throughout my life—one lived to 17 years old, and I currently have a 3-year-old friendly miniature poodle. I personally house-trained both of my dogs and have strong hands-on experience with daily care routines, including feeding, walking, bathing, nail trimming (for cooperative dogs), and light grooming such as basic haircuts. I’m comfortable managing a structured, calm environment and have experience caring for multiple pets at home, including my two outdoor cats. Pet care fits very naturally into our daily routine. We are a family of six, and I am home 24/7, so dogs will never be left alone for long periods. I have a flexible schedule that allows for regular walks, supervised outdoor time, and attention throughout the day. My large gated property makes it easy to provide safe exercise, and we structure the day to keep dogs calm, engaged, and well cared for. Dogs in my home are treated like part of the family. I provide a calm, structured environment with 24/7 supervision, so your pet is never left alone for long periods. I follow each dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, and any special instructions. Dogs enjoy supervised outdoor time on our large, fully gated property, as well as long walks in our safe, dog-friendly neighborhood. Safety is our priority—we introduce dogs carefully, feed separately when needed, and adjust supervision and leash use based on each dog’s personality. Our friendly miniature poodle helps create a welcoming environment.
About: Looking to connect with owners of sweet, gentle dogs! We have two small dogs who are very playful but not pushy, and we'd love to find compatible dog friends. I'm hoping to build a trusted circle where we can help each other with dog sitting when traveling. I can host up to two dogs at a time. Message me if you're interested! 🐾 Self-employed at home. I walk my dogs 2 times during the day and 1 more time before bed. A few times a week, I bring them to Civic Park to socialize with other dogs before dinner. Once a week, I drive them to a nearby nature reserve for a hike. I feed them breakfast and dinner. Same if not more care will be given to your doggies. There are two fenced dog parks in my building that are treated daily with enzymatic chemicals. If your dog has sensitive skin, I will not bring them there to potty.
“Vicki was so wonderful with my Bella girl. My 7 year old chihuahua mix is silly and sweet and needs gentle attention and Vicki was so kind to her. Very easy to communicate with, gave frequent updates so I didn't miss my girl as much and my pup got along great with her pup. I'll be happy to have her services again.”

“Excellent! Our senior dog and puppy both loved their stay. We got lots of pictures and videos while we were away. I felt in the loop the whole time. He answered my question quickly. Helpful reminders and easy drop off and pick up.”

“Absolutely awesome job watching Linguini! Pictures and updates were fantastic, I could tell he was having a good time and he was well taken care of! He currently has allergies and she made sure he got his special food and allergy meds! Will definitely use for next time!”

“This is Loveleen's second time with Casey and I have no worries at all whenever Loveleen is under Casey's care for doggy day care. I highly recommend Casey's services as he is very communicative and is flexible on drop off and pick up timing. This will not be Loveleen's last time with Casey!”

“Kamila was amazing with my two dogs! She was very responsive, sent regular updates and photos, and made sure to follow all of their care instructions including my dog’s strict prescription diet. Both pups were happy, well cared for, and clearly felt comfortable and loved during her stay. I felt totally at ease knowing they were in such great hands. Highly recommend Kamila to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive sitter! 🐾💛”

About: I've had dogs my entire life and currently share my home with two Miniature Schnauzers, Frank and Peri. After 20 years in Moraga and now as an empty nester, I have the time and flexibility to focus on something that brings me genuine joy—spending time with dogs. I started offering care because I could never find a place where I felt completely comfortable leaving my own dogs. My goal is to provide the kind of environment I would want for Frank and Peri: plenty of outdoor time, freedom to explore, comfortable places to rest, and lots of personal attention. I've cared for dogs of all ages, including many senior dogs, and I welcome potty-trained puppies. Along with a small team of trusted staff members, we focus on keeping dogs active, supervised, safe, and happy throughout the day. Every dog is treated like part of the family while they're here. I designed this to be the kind of place I always wished existed for my own dogs. When I needed care for Frank and Peri, I was never completely comfortable with the idea of them spending their days running through a stranger's house, jumping on furniture, or sleeping in someone else's bed. I wanted a place that was professional, safe, active, and built around what dogs actually enjoy. So that's exactly what I've created. We operate more like a boutique daycare and boarding facility than a typical home stay. Dogs spend their days in a large, flat, fully fenced backyard designed for play, exploration, socialization, and relaxation. They have plenty of room to run, places to nap in the shade, constant access to fresh water, and caring supervision from me and my staff throughout the day. A typical day starts around 6:30 a.m. with outdoor play and activity, followed by a midday rest period and more socialization and exercise in the afternoon. In the evening, dogs settle into the Dog Den, our dedicated sleeping area designed specifically for their comfort and safety. The goal is simple: a place where dogs can be active, social, safe, and genuinely happy while their owners are away. My home is designed to be a safe, comfortable place for dogs to be dogs. The property features a large, flat, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to run, roam, play, and explore. There is always access to fresh water, shade, and comfortable places to rest. Dogs are free to move between indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day while under supervision from my staff and me. At night, dogs sleep in a dedicated room we call the Dog Den. Dogs may sleep in their crate if that's what they're accustomed to, or comfortably outside a crate if preferred. Owners provide their dog's regular food so we can maintain familiar routines and avoid digestive upset. Whether your dog is a playful youngster, a laid-back adult, or a beloved senior, we strive to provide a safe, loving environment where they can relax and feel at home while you're away. I'll care for your dog the same way I care for Frank and Peri—with attention, patience, affection, and respect for their individual personality and needs.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lafayette
Judith is absolutely wonderful! She's a great communicator, fantastic with dogs, and very caring. Our dog came home from the stay calm, happy, and excited to see us (he's typically nervous for 1-3 days). We are very happy we boarded with Judith. She's a little more expensive but worth every penny!
Our Siberian husky, Ziva, is a rescue and lived a harsh life in a kennel her first year, so we try to avoid boarding her, but she also struggles with other dogs. We were so relieved to find Nicole for our long trip. She focuses on one pet at a time, so we knew Ziva would feel safe and get the attention she loves. Nicole was prompt and helpful in coordinating our meetup times and was so welcoming to Ziva. We all feel like Ziva got her own vacation while staying with Nicole and her husband. So grateful! Will be booking Nicole again!

Michael was truly unbelievable and definitely will be rebooking. He sat our 2 labs and they immediately took to him when we met him prior to booking - rare for our yellow, who sometimes gets a bit nervous around new people, but he was immediately at ease. Michael is clearly a chap who knows dogs and who dogs know is a good, loving person. Michael was also super responsive and kept us updated with photos throughout the stay. The dogs were clearly well settled and happy. THANK YOU MICHAEL! Truly. Dare I say, I can't wait to book again. Don't hesitate - this guy is a gem!
We have an older dog, and Christina really took great care of her. She sent us pictures every day, texted us when she had concerns, and basically took care of our dog like she was her own. I would give her the highest recommendation. Her and her husband both seem like very kind people.

Felix was totally amazing at taking care of my labradoodle. He was communicative, professional, kind and responsive and my dog was immediately at ease with Felix, his dog and the beautiful, safe surroundings. His is by far the nicest place I’ve ever seen for a daycare, I’m pretty sure my dog also thought it was paradise! I would 100% recommend Felix!
