I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals, including chickens, goats, cats, and dogs, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. I also had the rewarding experience of raising a guide dog, which taught me responsibility, patience, and how to work with dogs in training. About: I have always had at least one dog in my life, so not only does my love for dogs run deeply but so does my knowledge of care. I want to make sure your pet is comfortable, fed, watered, and has gotten time to be outside to play and go to the bathroom. In addition, I have taken care of other peoples' animals throughout my life. As of right now, my weeks are open to taking care of your pets in whatever way they may need. This is my top priority. When taking care of your pet I make sure they always have water and food, have time for potty breaks, and are comfortable. I also always give them plenty of attention, cuddles, and love. If there are any special instructions, I also make sure to give the specific care your pet needs.

“Vicki was amazing taking care of my two elder guinea pigs while I went out of town. Unfortunately, one of my guinea pigs fell ill right before I left and was left with six various medications. Vicki was great at following instructions, asking questions, and letting me know about any behavioral changes. I was definitely thrown a lot of curveballs, and Vicki handled them like a champ. I would definitely recommend!”

About: We adore animals of all kinds. We have hardwood floors for accidents, and filtered water. We have a fenced yard for running around with our kids and potty, always allow indoor access, and we don’t leave your pet alone. James has volunteered at the Dog Shelter for years, has CPR/Rescue training(for humans) and an understanding of CPR and first aid for dogs. After many years of dog sitting, we've welcomed a variety of different dogs (around 50+ at last count) into our home. We have administered eye creams, injections, and many other medicines. We don't clip nails. we are happy to send pictures and videos and even facetime or video chat by request. James works from home, and we typically go for two walks a day so we are always happy to have a guest pet with us. We have thoughtfully organized our home to avoid dangerous substances, escape issues, and to ensure maximum joy and safety! We would love to give you a tour during a meet and greet.

About: I many years of pet care experience for my neighbors, friends, and family. I have done check-ins, overnight stays, and dog walking. I have cared for many breeds and types of animals. I also have a dog and cat of my own! I work in education, and have the summer off, so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I have a very flexible schedule. I am only available to care for pets in your home and dog walking in your neighborhood. I would also be open to taking your pet on an outing, such as a park if requested.
