“Elena was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of our cat, Luka, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We really appreciated how thoughtful she was about checking in and keeping us updated. I loved receiving the daily photos she captured and her updates always made me smile. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Luka's well-being and made sure he was happy, comfortable, and well looked after. We highly recommend Elana to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitter and look forward to rebooking with her in the future! Thank you, Elena!”

“Samantha took such great care of our two kitties while we were gone for 4ish days on vacation! Between the check-in updates and the multiple photos, we didn't have to worry one bit about how they were doing. Even our super shy boy, Jynx, who some people think is only a myth due to never seeing him for years, came out on Samantha's first visit and made an appearance each time. The next time we need a sitter again, Samantha will be our first choice.”

“Stefanie is the best. She takes great care of my rambunctious 2 frenchies and they adore her. She's very conscientious and prompt and I know my pups are getting attention and being well cared for.”

About: I have a deep passion for caregiving and the well-being of animals! As a devoted animal lover, I care for many cats, dogs, and reptiles of my own. Beyond caring for my personal pets every day, I have extensive experience caring for a variety of animals through rescue and rehabilitation, volunteer work, and pet sitting. I truly understand how important your pets are to you, and I take great pride in providing them with the love, attention, and care they deserve. It is my pleasure to make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I will treat your pets as if they were my own! I’m currently a part time caregiver so my availability is very flexible. I’m more than happy to work with clients with tricky schedules and learn how to best care for your fur baby! I promise to take the best care of your animal and your home. I will be sure to follow any instructions/guidelines specific to each family. My number one priority is provide your animal with the best care possible and pet parents with peace of mind.
“Agne did such a wonderful job taking care of my 2 kitties. Although she didn’t have the opportunity to see too much of them since they like to remain hidden, she made sure they were well cared for. She also had to do some ant combat. I highly recommend her for your upcoming cat care. I will be referring her to my cat lady friends.”

“Taylor is most excellent! She knew and provided just what Gracie and I needed, and more! I believe I hit the jackpot when I found Taylor! So kind, sweet, understanding and helpful!”

Love to go on a nice walk, but we don’t go to dog parks. We prefer to walk around, exploring & letting the dogs check things out. Each night between 8-10pm, during boarding or house sitting, I will send you a summery of what happened that day with pictures, so you can feel assured your pup is being properly taken care of and protected and loved on. My Husband and I work as a team to provide the best care possible! . Doggy Daycare hours are anytime between 6:30am-6:30pm. If you need longer than that, you will need to book a boarding day instead after we have agreed to the additional hours. I do work from home and I have lots of free time so I am able to take breaks and hang out with your pet(s). For ALL new clients, regardless of services wanted, we will ALWAYS ask for a meet and greet at a local park, prior to watching your dog. This assures we are a good fit and your pup(s) will enjoy being with me and my Husband. . Drop off and pickup rates are within a 10 mile radius of my home. If you are over 10 miles, I will modify to reflect the additional mileage and/tolls.
“Rachael was punctual, great with communication, and took cute photos of our boys. She seems to have a lot of experience and wasn't intimidated by our younger dog that can be a handful. We look forward to having her come again!”

“Kamila was very knowledgeable and understood what was needed for my critters. She also sent pictures and updates and asked questions when needed. Very happy with Kamila and definitely book again next time.”

About: I'm a retired officer, background-checked through Rover, and have more than 10 years of experience caring for my own dogs as well as friends', family members', and clients' pets. Throughout my career and personal life, responsibility, trustworthiness, and attention to detail have always been important to me, and I bring those same qualities to every pet I care for. In 2016, I adopted Barney the Shih Tzu, followed by Jack in 2019. Both were estimated to be about four years old at the time. In 2025, Jack passed away from bone cancer, giving me firsthand experience caring for a senior dog with significant medical needs. In 2022, I rescued Penny, the white pup in my profile photo. Certifications & Experience • Cat & Dog First Aid (American Red Cross) • Experience administering oral medications • Experience caring for senior pets and pets with special needs • Experience caring for dogs and cats of various ages, sizes, and temperaments, including a large Rottweiler I believe every pet deserves patience, kindness, consistency, and individualized care. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, senior and slower-paced, or simply happiest sticking to a familiar routine, my goal is to provide dependable care while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine, and I'm home much of the time. This allows me to provide regular companionship, potty breaks, feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. Because I intentionally limit the number of pets I care for at one time, I am able to provide a more personalized level of attention and maintain a calmer environment for the pets in my care. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client's home, I strive to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. Consistency helps pets feel comfortable, secure, and relaxed while their owners are away. My schedule is generally flexible, allowing me to accommodate a variety of care needs, including daycare, overnight care, drop-in visits, and pet sitting in a client's home. Pick-up and drop-off service may be available depending on distance and scheduling. My dogs are part of the family and spend much of their time relaxing near us, on the furniture, or curled up on a lap. Visiting pets are treated with the same level of care, attention, and companionship while in my home. Dogs are welcome on furniture unless owners request otherwise. I intentionally limit the number of guest dogs I accept at one time to help create a calm, safe, and low-stress environment. This allows me to provide close supervision and a more personalized experience than many high-volume pet care settings. If you prefer your dog to be crated for sleeping, feeding, or when unattended, I'm happy to accommodate as long as a crate is provided. Visiting dogs should be reasonably housebroken, with exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis for puppies and special circumstances. Meet-and-greets are strongly preferred whenever possible before services begin. They allow me to learn about your pet's personality, needs, and comfort level while helping determine whether my home and care style are a good fit. When caring for pets in a client's home, I respect both the pet's routine and the owner's home, providing dependable care, companionship, exercise, and attentive supervision. I believe every pet deserves patience, kindness, consistency, and respect. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed, secure, and well cared for while their owners are away.

“Tatiana went above and beyond and took such great care of our cats Pepper and Nori - as if they were her own! Our cats received so much love and attention- and they were very relaxed when we came home. She helped make sure we could enjoy our trip stress free. Do yourself a favor and hire Tatiana and your kitty will fall in love with her, just like our cats did! 😻🫶”

About: We have a busy, loving home with 3 kids, one cat, & two dogs. If your dog loves to be with a busy family, we're the right place for you. I have many years of pet care experience including veterinary care and dog training experience (specifically, I've trained my own dogs through the Petsmart dog training program and passed the Canine Good Citizen test). I'm very comfortable around all types of dogs and animals. I've always treated my pets as part of our family and would always treat any animal in my care with the same devotion. We have three kids (ages 14-16) and they are all used to animals and they are very caring and love to play with all the dogs when they come home from school. The cats can easily avoid the dogs if they want to as they have their own outdoor catio and room. We keep our air conditioner on for our dog already during hot days so any dogs with thick fur will feel very comfortable. There's no carpet in our house so potty issues are easier to manage as well. I work from home, so other than errands or short outings the dogs have someone home with them nearly all the time. We have a gated kitchen so dogs can be separated if needed. We have a large fenced yard with a covered patio and when it’s too hot to be outside, the dogs are in the air conditioned house with us.

Agne is the best! She was extremely punctual and went above and beyond in caring for our 2 cats. She even brought in packages and cleaned up crazy cat litter messes (one of our cats likes to kick litter out of the box). We had great peace of mind that our home/cats were cared for while we were away

Although Joseph mostly has dog clients, he’s great with cats too! He took wonderful care of our kitty while we were away, dropped in faithfully twice a day as scheduled, and was very responsible and great at communicating. I would book him again without hesitation.

'Megan did another great job caring for our dear old cat-pills, ointments, supplements and more. She communicated any variation in visit time, asking if it would work, and noted changes in appetite Or behavior. We got photos documenting her work, and of our kitty. But mostly she built a relationship with our dear girl, spent time reading aloud with her, petting and giving cuddles! Megan is terrific- which is why we chose her again!

Emily was amazing with my cat Teddy! She was friendly, on time, followed all instructions, and truly went above and beyond. Brushing him, playing with him, and giving him lots of attention. After only two visits, Teddy was already on his back asking her for belly rubs, which he NEVER does with strangers. That alone says how comfortable and safe he felt with her. I’d absolutely book Emily again and highly recommend her! ❤️🐾

Katja took such great care of Teddy while we were on vacation!🐱❤️ She kept us updated throughout, sent us lots of pictures, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating. She even came by for a meet & greet beforehand, which gave us so much peace of mind. Teddy was clearly in great hands, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We would absolutely rebook Katja again! Highly recommend! Thank you, Katja!

We had a wonderful experience with Susan! She cared for our cat for several days while we were out of town, coming twice a day to feed and check on him. She provided a very helpful meet & greet prior to the booking and was prompt and responsive in all communications. She was gentle and patient with our shy kitty and earned his trust for belly rubs by the end of their visits!! I super appreciated her thorough narrative and photo updates each day. Thank you Susan!!! :)

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
