“I went on vacation for about a week and came across Maria's profile on Rover. I have two kitties so wanted to make sure they were ok while I was away with the family. Maria was great! She sent pictures and gave me a brief update each day on how the kitties are doing. She made sure the kitties were fed, had clean water, and cleaned their litter boxes. She played with them as well. I will hire her again.”

“Sofia was amazing! 😻 we have an 8yr old boy cat and he’s usually very shy around strangers, but he took to Sofia so much faster than I’d ever seen! She followed all my instructions perfectly and sent us very thorough updates while we were gone. Will definitely be reaching out to her again ☻”

“I’m so grateful to have found Michele! She took such wonderful care of my Wolvie while I was away. From the very first visit, he connected with her, which gave me such peace of mind. She followed every instruction carefully, and I was truly impressed by the thoughtful, detailed updates she sent, including photos and messages that made me feel close to him even when I was far away. She went above and beyond, feeding, cleaning the litter box, watering the plants, and even checking the mail. It was clear she genuinely cared about Wolvie’s comfort and happiness. I came home to a happy, relaxed kitty, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I would absolutely trust her again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you again for everything!! you truly made both Wolvie and me feel cared for.💕”

I have flexible availability during the week and weekends, which allows me to give pets the time and attention they deserve. I plan my schedule carefully to follow each pet’s routine, including feeding, walks, playtime and any special care needs. I always prioritize safety, trust and respect when caring for pets in my client’s home. I respect your home as if it were my own and make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and loved at all times.
About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, family and friends have relied on me to walk and feed the dog. I was raised with two Doberman pictures. Then we had a Pomeranian. And 13 Yorkies. And I’ve had cats in my entire life. A little more about me, I work for the Mount Diablo Unified School District 8+ years. I am a cook Baker. So I am available anytime after 12:30 Monday through Friday. And when school is out, my availability is open. My weekends are free. Currently working part time. So I will have plenty of time to play with your fur babies, I love animals and animals love me. I will be able to give all my love and attention to your babies. I myself am not allowed to have pets where I live. I have a frenchie that stays in Benicia. So I would have to watch your fur babies at your house.

“Terry took great care of our cat James while we were gone over Thanksgiving. James is usually a very shy cat but warmed right up with Terry - Terry made sure to give him play time and lots of pets in addition to feeding etc. We came back to a very relaxed kitty, thank you Terry! :-)”

“Joseph did a really good job with our cat and we couldn’t be more happy with his service and would not hesitate to either use him again or recommend him to someone else!”

“Tatiana is the best! She’s so caring and loving to my cats. She is very thorough with her reports of the visit and send pics and videos. Tatiana goes above and beyond by cleaning the cat room, litter boxes, etc. Most of all I feel reassured during my time away that my cats are being well taken care of by Tatiana.”

“Jessica was amazing with my cat, Rambo! I had to be away for medical reasons, and she truly went above and beyond to take care of my grumpy old man 😅. Rambo isn’t exactly the playful type, but Jessica stayed positive, patient, and kept trying every possible way to win him over — and never gave up on him (which is quite the achievement 😂). She was super friendly, communicative, and accommodating, which made me feel completely at ease while I was away. We absolutely loved her! I’d recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and genuinely caring sitter. We’re so grateful for her! ❤️🐾”

“Elizabeth continues to do an amazing job with our two cats. She is reliable, trustworthy, and communicative. She makes sure the cats are well taken care of (clean litter, food and water) and brushes and plays with them. I highly recommend Elizabeth.”

“Thank you for being so wonderful with my 2 shy kitties. You were on time each night, sent me cute photos and a full report. I felt very comfortable leaving my girls in your hands. I will deff use Pri again in the future! :-)”

About: I have loved animals my entire life and always went out of my way to interact with them whenever I could. At the age of 14, my family decided to adopt a cat. We rescued her from the SFSPCA and I was the one in charge of her car. We later adopted two more cats from the SFSPCA over the next two years. I also grew up with Akitas, a Pittbull/Labrador Retriever mix, fish, and hamsters. As a young adult, I adopted and trained a Blue Heeler/Pitbull mix from 9-weeks-old. I also fostered a variety of animals from 2010-2012, from dogs and cats, to hamsters and exotics (including a hedgehog, rabbits, ferrets, and chinchillas). Today I am a single mom with two amazing older children. Our household is still full of animal love! We are owned by an adopted, blind Pekingese/Tibetan Spaniel mix, two rescued cats, two rescued tortoises, two betta fish, two African dwarf frogs, a Pixie frog, two scorpions, two vinegaroons, and a Gargoyle Gecko. I currently work evenings only. This leaves my days free to care for my own family’s animals companions and for the animal companions of others! ❤️ I believe in treating anyone’s animals not only with the same respect and care I would want for my own, but also the love and care I offer to my own animal companions. I have animals with a variety of needs and am used to being flexible and meeting animals where they are. ❤️
About: Whether you need a quick drop-in to check on your fur baby or a long walk to get out the zoomies, I'm your gal! I have been pet & house sitting for family, friends, and neighbors for 10+ years. While my family didn't have our own pets growing up, that didn't stop me from befriending every pet on the block! These days, I have a 8 year old tuxedo cat named Hal, and we're looking to get him a brother soon <3 If your pet requires special care or attention, I would love to provide it. I know how tough it can be to leave them at home while working or on trips, and I want your pet to to feel just as happy as they do when you're around. If I sound like a good fit, let's set up a meet-and-greet! I have a flexible schedule, so I'll have plenty of time to play, go on walks, or just cuddle with your pets! My only stipulation is I don't do walks after dark. I would love to do a meet and greet prior to scheduling to make sure we’re a good fit, in person or virtual. I’m always interested to hear about any quirks or details about your pet, so I can relay how they did after my visit. The more information, the better!
“Cristal & Aiden were amazing! I was nervous leaving my elderly & diabetic cat for 5 days but it was quickly clear that my cat was very happy, well loved and 100% safe with them. It’s obvious they are true animal lovers and they even discovered she likes to watch bird & fish YouTube videos. Also, Aiden’s photos are the best I have of her - he has a real gift for animal photography. They were also very diligent about her medications, including giving her insulin shots twice a day. Needless to say, I highly recommend them!”

About: I’ve taken care of cats almost all my life, starting from when I was a kid and we brought home three kittens we found on the road. I now have two cats, soon to be a third as another stray kitten has shown up in our yard that I am caring for. Despite being a wild kitty, she trusts me (and only me) and climbs up onto me for kisses (unheard of for a stray!). I love animals deeply. I also illustrate animals and wrote a book of fables (stories about animals). I say this mostly to emphasize that I believe each animal has a unique personality, story and connection that we can foster. For my day job, I’m an engineer working in tech. So, I’m doing this purely because I want to snuggle your cat (if they like snuggles), play with them, love them, and make sure they are as happy as they can be while they are without their loving parents. I work part-time and so will be very flexible all day on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. My hope is this coincides well with your trips. I could possibly do Monday/Tuesday on occasion, but that would be a special exception only. I’ll be visiting your cats in your home so that they still feel comfortable in their environment. I will enter carefully and we will already have met in the initial meeting so they’ll know who I am!

Michele did twice a day drop in visits for Nilly over the New Year holiday. Nilly warmed up to her and got to really enjoy her company by the end of the week! Michele was trustworthy and punctual for Nilly’s medicine. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Michele again or recommend to a friend!

Allison was excellent! She was reliable, very kind with our animals and they all really liked her. She was very helpful with everything we asked her to do. We enjoyed her detailed Rover cards and pictures she sent with each visit. We highly recommend her without reservation. Definitely five stars!
