“Tatiana went above and beyond and took such great care of our cats Pepper and Nori - as if they were her own! Our cats received so much love and attention- and they were very relaxed when we came home. She helped make sure we could enjoy our trip stress free. Do yourself a favor and hire Tatiana and your kitty will fall in love with her, just like our cats did! 😻🫶”
“Wonderful experience. Very thorough and appreciate all the tlc she gave my senior big dog. She was kind, easy to explain my needs, understood my concerns and handled my weekend away with ease and kindness. Would definitely recommend and will definitely have Emily work with Zeppy again. She took great care and i loved the pictures and little check ins. Two thumbs. 10/10 experience.”

“Very communicative and lovely with our aloof chow chow mix. He swooped in to save us with a last minute booking. We're grateful!! Will be booking again in the future :)”

“Stefanie is the best. She takes great care of my rambunctious 2 frenchies and they adore her. She's very conscientious and prompt and I know my pups are getting attention and being well cared for.”

“Dede was fantastic! She took great care of my boys, and was swift with a potty accident that happened after we left. Our eldest, Bilbo, has a tendency to show his disproval that way... but Dede was a trooper! She kept us updated on their temperaments the whole time we were gone. They absolutely loved her company! We came back and it was like we were never gone, they welcomed us without giving us the cold shoulder, couldn't be happier with how well Dede took care of them :-).”

About: We only watch 1 families dog(s)/pets in our home at a time. No other pets are present when yours is here, so your pet(s) gets all the attention and you don’t have to worry about other animals. Love to go on a nice walk, but we don’t go to dog parks. We prefer to walk around, exploring & letting the dogs check things out. Each night between 8-10pm, during boarding or house sitting, I will send you a summery of what happened that day with pictures, so you can feel assured your pup is being properly taken care of and protected and loved on. My Husband and I work as a team to provide the best care possible! . Doggy Daycare hours are anytime between 6:30am-6:30pm. If you need longer than that, you will need to book a boarding day instead after we have agreed to the additional hours. I do work from home and I have lots of free time so I am able to take breaks and hang out with your pet(s). For ALL new clients, regardless of services wanted, we will ALWAYS ask for a meet and greet at a local park, prior to watching your dog. This assures we are a good fit and your pup(s) will enjoy being with me and my Husband. . Drop off and pickup rates are within a 10 mile radius of my home. If you are over 10 miles, I will modify to reflect the additional mileage and/tolls.
“Agne did such a wonderful job taking care of my 2 kitties. Although she didn’t have the opportunity to see too much of them since they like to remain hidden, she made sure they were well cared for. She also had to do some ant combat. I highly recommend her for your upcoming cat care. I will be referring her to my cat lady friends.”

“Taylor is most excellent! She knew and provided just what Gracie and I needed, and more! I believe I hit the jackpot when I found Taylor! So kind, sweet, understanding and helpful!”

“Isaiah did a great job checking in on my two cats over a long weekend! He was very communicative, reliable, and my cats seemed to warm up to him quickly! I will definitely plan to use Isaiah again in the future.”

“Brooke was great! Very easy to coordinate with and kept us in the loop for everything. Our dog seemed happy and calm when we returned as well. We will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“Amanda was a great pet sitter for our cat! She was there on time and stayed for the full duration of each booking. We loved the different updates and pictures she sent with each visit, she was there to spend time with him. We could tell our cat warmed up to her quickly and enjoyed her company, which put us at ease during vacation. Will definitely be booking her again.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a very young child, and my first ever dog was also the most medically complicated dog ever. She required a twice daily walk at minimum for 2-3 miles due to her energy, but she also had a lot of different allergies, which meant that after every walk, I had to give her either a bath or good cleaning of the paw and face. I can easily take your dog on a very, very long walk or run, and will give them the utmost love and cuddles after it all. I can drop by or stay overnight at any house and can easily adjust my schedule regarding personal activities to make sure your pet(s) have tons of attention. While I do not have pet first aid certifications, I have held a Red Cross certifications for first aid and blood borne pathogens prevention. I also have a picky kitty who needs his medicines to be hidden within his food or given to him directly, so I have practice with that as well.
About: I strive to provide a welcoming, enriching home away from home for your dog. To ensure the best care possible, I only accept up to 2 dogs at a time. You can expect regular updates throughout your pup’s stay. Safety is a top priority. I check my yard regularly for potential hazards and do paw checks for foxtails after every walk. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of space for zoomies. Dogs can explore the garden, sunbathe on the grass, or lounge under the shaded pergola. Pets are welcome on the couch, and I also have extra dog beds and an indoor dog house for pups who prefer a little more personal space. My experience: I have a 6yo maltipoo named Chewy and 14yo shihtzu named Joey. They are very respectful of other dogs’ personal space. I trained Chewy using positive reinforcement and taught him many tricks and commands. I have been caring for dogs of all sizes and ages since I was 15. My senior dog experience includes fostering one who was adopted into her forever home and providing long-term care for two others. I’m very comfortable administering medication, preparing special diets, and grooming. Rover is a side hobby, and I ask for a little advance notice so I can prepare for my doggie guest. I follow the schedule provided by the paw-parents. If none is given then it’s usually a morning potty break, breakfast, walk, mid day potty break, dinner, and potty before bedtime. Playtime is sprinkled throughout the day or I may incorporate it with their meal time like food in a puzzle toy. I tailor care to each dog’s needs. Every day includes physical exercise or mental stimulation such as daily walks, fetch, tug-of-war, command training, puzzle toys. Let me know how your preferences during the Meet & Greet so I can match your dog’s routine.
“Kamila was very knowledgeable and understood what was needed for my critters. She also sent pictures and updates and asked questions when needed. Very happy with Kamila and definitely book again next time.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Pleasant Hill
Agne is the best! She was extremely punctual and went above and beyond in caring for our 2 cats. She even brought in packages and cleaned up crazy cat litter messes (one of our cats likes to kick litter out of the box). We had great peace of mind that our home/cats were cared for while we were away

Although Joseph mostly has dog clients, he’s great with cats too! He took wonderful care of our kitty while we were away, dropped in faithfully twice a day as scheduled, and was very responsible and great at communicating. I would book him again without hesitation.

'Megan did another great job caring for our dear old cat-pills, ointments, supplements and more. She communicated any variation in visit time, asking if it would work, and noted changes in appetite Or behavior. We got photos documenting her work, and of our kitty. But mostly she built a relationship with our dear girl, spent time reading aloud with her, petting and giving cuddles! Megan is terrific- which is why we chose her again!

Emily was amazing with my cat Teddy! She was friendly, on time, followed all instructions, and truly went above and beyond. Brushing him, playing with him, and giving him lots of attention. After only two visits, Teddy was already on his back asking her for belly rubs, which he NEVER does with strangers. That alone says how comfortable and safe he felt with her. I’d absolutely book Emily again and highly recommend her! ❤️🐾

We had a wonderful experience with Susan! She cared for our cat for several days while we were out of town, coming twice a day to feed and check on him. She provided a very helpful meet & greet prior to the booking and was prompt and responsive in all communications. She was gentle and patient with our shy kitty and earned his trust for belly rubs by the end of their visits!! I super appreciated her thorough narrative and photo updates each day. Thank you Susan!!! :)

Kelly was wonderful. My cat seemed to like her right away and she made sure to update me throughout my time away and sent photos. I felt very calm knowing someone kind and responsible was caring for my cat while I was away. Would recommend her services to anyone in need.

Sabrina was a great sitter! I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my cat was being well taken care of and that I would receive regular updates. Having that peace of mind is the most important thing for me when I’m away for an extended period. When I arrived home, it was like I had never left—my cat was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. I would absolutely book with Sabrina again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter. 🐱💕

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
