About: PLEASE NOTE: Pug Party Palace has a cat, Roger. He likes dogs, guests must be cordial. Five fun loving pugs who enjoy visitors. All are used to guests, as we are involved in pug rescue. Guest dogs are treated like one of our own, lots of love and play! SMALL DOGS ONLY; must be house trained and friendly with other dogs. We prefer dogs under 30 lbs please. Visiting male dogs must be neutered and female dogs spayed. We only book for one guest dog at a time , so lots of individualized attention! We do require a meet and greet before accepting any reservation request. We look forward to meeting your pup! I am retiring so I will be home. Able to now do drop in’s and doggy daycare. Can also now do house sitting if your pet prefers to stay at home. We have a fenced yard, both gates are locked at either end. Your pet is safe inside our home as well. We do not go in and out our front door.

About: I dog sit of my friend dog once a while for almost 5 years. She normally stay with me more than 7 days. I’m good at take her out for a walk even during raining day. I love to give them belly rub. I spend most of my weekend at home so I have time to take care pet during the weekend. I like to take pet wherever I go, otherwise I feel bad for leave them at home for a long time. I live in a two story townhouse with 2 bedrooms, offering plenty of space for small dogs to comfortably move around and go up and down the stairs. There’s a community park right outside my home, and I love spending time outdoors. I’m happy to take dogs on long walks and make sure they get plenty of exercise and fresh air, especially if they enjoy being active.

About: No walk is too long with a four-legged companion! I've raised and walked dogs since they were puppies to "mature" adults. Also, dealt with large dogs with aggressive tendencies. I am currently a self-employed chef, so I have the freedom to make my own schedule. I can almost always be available with one day's notice. I love playing with dogs in their own yards and or homes. It shows you a whole other side of them. And, of course, feeding time is the way to any dog's heart! (or human) I am living in a 2-bedroom apartment so large dogs are not preferred. However, I have had large dog sleepovers with no problems. Just lots of walks! :)

Most importantly, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's care. I'll treat your pets like they're my own, follow their routines closely, and make sure you get plenty of updates and photos while you're away. My schedule is currently very flexible, which gives me plenty of availability for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week. I'm available weekdays and weekends and can accommodate morning, daytime, and evening visits. I also understand how important consistency is for pets, so I'll do my best to keep their normal feeding, walking, medication, and bedtime routines intact while you're away. With my experience in veterinary medicine and animal welfare and Fear Free certification, I'm very comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, behaviors, ages, and needs. When caring for pets in your home, I'll follow your instructions closely and treat your home with the same care and respect I'd want someone to show mine. I'll double-check doors, gates, leashes, and other safety details, keep your pet's environment clean, and provide updates and photos so you always know how things are going. And she is the REASON why I do what I do. Now our pack has grown! Ellie, Tinkerbell, Bailey, Coco, Gizmo and Arya has made our lives EVEN better and kept Pennie feeling young =). Of course when their sissy was still here. But I don’t doubt that she isn’t still bossing them around wherever she is! I decided to dedicate the time I have in taking care of other people's dogs because I understand what their needs and expectations are. Genuinely speaking from the past of wanting to travel or if dogs weren't allowed, in addition could not find anyone that met my needs without the constant worry was stressful enough. It’s because I adore them so much that I really just wanted someone honest to take care of them. Not to say that anybody I knew was not trustworthy, but more so wouldn't just focus on the money itself. For me it’s not work. It is my life. And I found my purpose in caring for dogs. Schedule: I’m a new stay at home mom to our baby girl! Therefore I have a bit more free time to exchange and make up for lost times. From belly rubs, to playing, to cuddling. Everything that a dog needs in life! Safety environment: We have a fenced yard with plenty of room to play, run and potty! Our house has plenty of room to roam around or just lounge. We have baby gates set up blocking certain rooms, making it easier to keep an eye on everyone. Feeding times are always monitored as well as indoor and any outdoor activities. About: I strive to provide a welcoming, enriching home away from home for your dog. To ensure the best care possible, I only accept up to 2 dogs at a time. You can expect regular updates throughout your pup’s stay. Safety is a top priority. I check my yard regularly for potential hazards and do paw checks for foxtails after every walk. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of space for zoomies. Dogs can explore the garden, sunbathe on the grass, or lounge under the shaded pergola. Pets are welcome on the couch, and I also have extra dog beds and an indoor dog house for pups who prefer a little more personal space. My experience: I have a 6yo maltipoo named Chewy and 14yo shihtzu named Joey. They are very respectful of other dogs’ personal space. I trained Chewy using positive reinforcement and taught him many tricks and commands. I have been caring for dogs of all sizes and ages since I was 15. My senior dog experience includes fostering one who was adopted into her forever home and providing long-term care for two others. I’m very comfortable administering medication, preparing special diets, and grooming. Rover is a side hobby, and I ask for a little advance notice so I can prepare for my doggie guest. I follow the schedule provided by the paw-parents. If none is given then it’s usually a morning potty break, breakfast, walk, mid day potty break, dinner, and potty before bedtime. Playtime is sprinkled throughout the day or I may incorporate it with their meal time like food in a puzzle toy. I tailor care to each dog’s needs. Every day includes physical exercise or mental stimulation such as daily walks, fetch, tug-of-war, command training, puzzle toys.
