I spent five years volunteering at Lindsay Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, working in both the mammal department and wildlife hospital with injured and recovering animals. My goal is always to create that feeling from the moment your dog arrives! Because I work from home, pets in my care are rarely left alone for long periods and receive plenty of attention, walks, and companionship throughout the day. Dogs here enjoy daily walks, playtime, and relaxed downtime, and I’m home much of the day since I work from home. For drop-in visits or walks in a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, fresh water, walks, litter care for cats, playtime, and companionship. I’m happy to send photo updates so owners know their pets are doing well.

About: Over the past four years, I’ve raised and trained my corgi, Milo, through both group classes and one-on-one sessions. I'm currently in a hybrid Physical Therapy program which allows me to have a flexible schedule. This allows me the flexibility to provide care throughout the day. At my place, I make sure pets feel right at home. I keep things calm, cozy, and safe, with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and attention. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible—whether it’s feeding, walking, or nap time—so they feel comfortable and cared for.

About: I’m a dog lover and mom. I had a Boston Terrier who passed away. She was by my side kick for 15 years. One of my most favorite things to do was come home from work and walk my dog. So I’d love to share my love of walking with your dog! We love the companionship of dogs. We welcome any dogs for walks and overnight stays. I love dogs and they love me! I don’t mind the kisses or giving them the best belly scratches! I believe dogs give us a reason to smile and are a reminder to always lead with love. I work locally and come home for a 2 hour lunch break. My teenagers are home around 3 pm so the longest time that dogs are alone is 2-3 hours (depending on if I have an early lunch). I walk the dogs in the morning for about 1-2 miles through the neighborhood. I walk them on my lunch again for about .5-1 mile. Then one more long walk when I get home. I feed them when we return from our morning and evening walks. Unless, there is a preferred set schedule for feeding. Your dog will be loved and cared for as if he/she is our own. We always walk on-leash. We separate the dogs during feeding times.
