Hi, I’m Kat! I’m a huge dog lover with over a year of hands-on experience at Summit Kennels in Washington state. There I cared for all kinds of dogs - from police K9s and dogs with aggression or reactivity, behavioral issues to sweet family pets. That experience taught me how to truly connect with every dog and give them the understanding, structure, attention and love they need. Now based in the Bay Area, I offer personalized drop-in visits and walks. I’m also currently studying to become a certified dog trainer, so I bring both real experience and modern positive reinforcement methods to every visit. What I’m most known for is staying calm and confident with any dog. Whether yours is a gentle family pet, a playful puppy, a calm adult, a senior who needs extra care, a dog on medication or one who’s energetic, anxious or reactive - I can handle it with patience and care. My goal is always to create a safe, positive experience. I’ll make sure your dog gets exercise, mental stimulation, genuine attention, and plenty of playtime and affection. And you’ll always receive detailed photo updates so you can relax knowing your pup is happy and well taken care of. I’d love to meet you and your dog!

I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort in every environment. In my client’s home, I follow their exact routines, instructions, and house rules. I make sure the space is secure, provide regular potty breaks, exercise, and mental stimulation, and always send photo updates.

Kat is absolutely amazing with Mira. What stands out most is how thoughtful and communicative she is — she always keeps me updated and genuinely goes above and beyond. On hot days, she’ll message me ahead of time to let me know how she’s adjusting the walk or playtime to keep Mira comfortable, like finding a shady area. She gives me updates on what kind of play and training they’re doing, always comes prepared with plenty of training treats, and clearly has a ton of experience working with dogs. She also takes great photos and videos of Mira and goes out of her way to send them afterward along with a thoughtful update about how their time together went. You can tell she genuinely cares about Mira and enjoys spending time with her. It honestly feels like I’m getting so much more than a dog walker — there’s a level of attention, training, communication, and genuine care that I really appreciate. And best of all, Mira is always so happy to see her. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Kat and would recommend her without hesitation.

Great communication and was able to handle our very energetic dog Luka. Very glad to have had Kateryna do drop in visits and walks for Luka. He was exercised both physically and mentally with some training games and was in a calm relaxed state of mind by the time I was back home.
We appreciate so much that Kateryna was available for 2 one-off walks with Telli on short notice. She’s great with Telli and we are lucky to have found her!
Kateryna has been an amazing walker! Our feisty girl Eve loves her and really listens to her. Not only does she come back from walks fulfilled and tired I have also noticed a difference in her overall listening and leash training. 10/10!
Kat bonded with Sammy immediately and he looked forward to her walks every day. Strongly recommend!

Schedule
I’m currently studying to become a certified dog trainer which gives me a flexible schedule. I’m able to dedicate plenty of time for drop-in visits and walks throughout the day and evening. I’m available most weekdays and weekends and I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs so I can easily adjust my day around their needs.

The more details you can share, the better I can provide personalized and stress-free care for your dog.
