“Hy and Arlo were great sitters for our pup during a long vacation. It was his first time staying for a long period of time somewhere unfamiliar and Hy put us right at ease. Right off the bat, they seemed very comfortable with our pup and very confident around dogs generally, and pup took right to exploring their spacious home with a nice, fenced in backyard. Our dog is dog-reactive and they had ideas for best routes to walk him in their neighborhood. During our trip, they were able to use their intuitiveness to troubleshoot some barking at night. After a precious sitter canceled on me 5 hours before my flight for the holidays, I reached out to Suzanne frantic and hopeful with her great reviews that she would be open to watching my pup over the holiday! She was very responsive and too the time to speak with me before agreeing to meet me and Nelo to determine compatibility. During the intake she walked me through where Nelo would be playing and staying. She asked all the right questions to ensure she understood any needs he may have. After meeting and Nelo instantly becoming comfortable she agreed to watch him and we were able to catch our flight out. During the stay I received daily video updates. Nelo arrived home well taken care of and sad to leave all the fun friends he had made. I’m so happy to have met Suzanne and I look forward to having her sit Nelo again. I would 100% recommend!”
