We host up to 4 guest dogs at a time and are very conscientious of the dogs we host and how they will interact. Therefore, if your dog does not do well with other dogs, our house may not be a great fit for your pet. We get requests for exclusive bookings, and where we can accommodate these requests, we will. ****price for exclusive bookings is 2X our service rate, currently $150/night or day care slot**** We require all new clients to do a meet- & -greet, so we can only accommodate last-minute new clients if we get a solid referral from another sitter, you are a friend of the family, or one of our regular clients referred you. We have found our guests do much better when they have been here and sniffed about before their stay. Your dog(s) will be loved and treated with the utmost respect by every member of our household and any other guests. About: I had a dog for 15 years and while we are holding out on getting a new one for a few years till we stop traveling so much, we would love to hang with yours periodically when in town! We have a fenced in yard to throw a ball in (and a six and nine year old who never tire in doing so) and love taking walks to all the local Piedmont parks with a pup. My husband is mildly allergic, so unfortunately only able to take in non shedding, hypoallergenic poodle type mixes. And of course dogs need to be kid friendly, but my kiddoes are very sweet and gentle with dogs and will give the dogs lots of pets and affection in return. My husband and I both predominately work from home so there's always someone around to love on a furry friend or take a break to get outside for a walk. I predominately work from home and I love frequent walks with a pup. We live close to many Piedmont parks which is a great place to go and visit other dogs or just explore some new grounds. I have a fenced yard and loving older gentle children who adore pets. I can crate your dog if desired to sleep, but also have an 8 year old that would be very happy to snuggle if preferred. You can trust that we will care for your pups as if they are our very own family dog for the duration of their stay.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, including my sweet lab/German shepherd mix, Layla, who we lost to cancer 3 years ago. Right now, we have a rescued cat and a 1-year-old pup staying with family back in Las Vegas. We recently relocated to Moraga and are staying with my sister until we get on our feet and can bring our loves along with us. We're missing our pets and would love to love on yours! I trained him by myself while also taking care of zaza from time to time! I just graduated from UC Berkeley, and I am currently looking for a part time job, but as of now I am completely free to focus on caring for doggos! I also have my dog Blake at home with me, so I am open to fit with your schedule. Blake is an energetic dog, so I like to take him out on 3-5 walks everyday. Our Labradoodle can become quite anxious with conventional kennel boarding which prevents him from getting rest. Stefanie provided a safe, calm, and relaxing environment which allowed our Labradoodle to feel at home. Stefanie did a great job of keeping us updated with photos while we were away which provided peace of mind. We had a terrific experience!”

I have a 6year old neutered male Australian Sheppard and a 2 year old indoor/outdoor cat. Both are amenable to sharing their space with new furry friends. I'm an active retiree so I have plenty of time for your furry family members. My dog loves to play with new furry friends or chill and give them space. I have a fenced yard and dog door for in and out privileges. I accept dogs that are crated at night or free roaming. Home is well suited to pets.

“Judith watched our 7-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog for two weeks while we were visiting family on the East Coast, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Having our sweet senior boy with her felt like leaving him with family. She sent us regular photo updates, gave him so much love, and really understood his needs. Judith is wonderful with dogs—especially seniors—and had no trouble giving his medication and keeping a close eye on him. We’ll absolutely have him stay with her again.”
