Your dog will have plenty of attention & care while staying at our home. If we need to leave the house for an errand or similar, we’ll make sure your pup is settled, calm and happy before heading out. My goal is to make your pup feel at home and fully cared for the same way you do!

Our adorable home is on a private, fenced property. The backyard offers plenty of space to run and play, and the neighborhood connects easily to local walking trails and parks allowing for adventures close to home. Not only will your pup have the run of the house, but we even have a comfy dog bed and toys for those pets that prefer a quiet space of their own. We don't have any other pets at this time, so there will be no competition for human cuddles. We'll take your pup on 2 walks around our neighborhood each day in the morning or lunchtime, and again in the evening. Thanks to our home-based work schedule, your pup will have company in our home most of the day. We’ll even bring your pup along when it makes sense when we leave the house (going to the park, etc) because dogs make everything better! Since we don't have any other pets at this time, there's no need to worry if your pup will get along with other animals. We only book one stay at a time.

Sharing details such as medications, physical limitations, specific fears or aggressions (other dogs, especially), typical feeding & walk schedules, bedtime routine, crate-training history, separation issues, and preferences are all incredibly important to ensure this is a good fit!

Between our fenced-in backyard, our quiet country club neighborhood with lots of interesting streets, local walking trails and a town park right down the road, your pup will have lots of options for fun experiences! We’ll want to know your dog’s favorite games, of course, and we’ll include those throughout the day. Catch, fetch, exploring on long or short walks, and more can all be added to your pet’s daily activity schedule!

******************************************** We are a family of dog & cat lovers. I have taken care of dogs ever since childhood, and my two girls have inherited my love for animals as well. I’ve owned & cared for all types of animals throughout the years - puppies, dogs, kittens, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, fish, and I have ridden horses since I was 5 years old. My girls especially love meeting new animals & we'd love to have your pet join our pack! I’m totally happy to arrange a meet-and-greet (and believe these are really important to make sure everyone’s a great fit for each other!). Just send a message and let's meet up!

Margy and her family have provided the very best care to our little Goldendoodle Dashi. She has watched Dashi now a good handful of times and he is always happy to see her and joyful at pickup.
