About: Growing up with an adorable mixed shelter dog and introducing an adopted King Charles Spaniel into the family, I learned how to care for both high and low energy dogs. Pet sitting for family and friends, I got to take care of puppies and senior dogs and learned the importance of a good schedule for things like naps and appropriate medications. My schedule is fairly open, primarily Monday through Friday, during the workweek, and is very flexible to make room for any walks, play time, or food breaks during the day. Pet safety is my top priority and ensuring a clean area is an important responsibility. I will provide personalized in-home care to keep your pets comfortable and entertained while they are in my care.

About: I've always been able to read animals very easily. I can pick up on their body language and am able to quickly tell what they need, whether that's a break, some water, or just a little extra attention (or if they want some space!). I'm comfortable with small to medium-sized dogs from all age ranges, and I adjust to each animal instead of treating every walk the same. I think pets are truly a gift to this world and deserve every ounce of respect. I'm a full-time product designer and I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible. I don't have many meetings, which means I can usually step away for a walk or a drop-in during the day. Every day looks a little different, but I'm available more than most, so send me a message and we can find a time that works for you and your pup. I thrive on specific instruction and will follow your routine closely. I am extra careful to double-check that doors and gates are closed, and I think beyond the instructions to make sure your pet is taken care of. My goal is to make pet owners and pets feel completely comfortable with me in their space.

About: I've taken care of close family friends dogs and I've worked at a pet resort for dogs and other animals. You can trust me to treat them with so much love and give them their basic needs and anything else you'd like for me to do with them (: I currently work with dogs full time with a schedule and I will work around the schedule and when it comes to your fur baby I prioritize them first before working with other dogs. I do not have pets of my own but because I've taken care of others and worked at a pet resort for dogs and other animals I know what's needed to be done. I know dog behavior, feedings, medicine, how often they should go use the bathroom, etc.

My experience with puppies began even earlier, when a neighbor who bred dogs trusted me to help care for her newborn litters. I understand the patience, consistency, and routine puppies need, including reinforcement of potty training, basic commands, leash manners, and good habits. I also know that senior dogs may need slower walks, extra time, and someone who pays attention to the little changes. I'm currently working part-time, so I will have the flexibility to walk your pet or drop in for your pet during the day while you are away. Looking forward to new clients! I currently provide care in my clients’ homes, where pets can remain comfortable in their familiar surroundings and routines. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions for walks, meals, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, preferences, and needs, keep their space tidy, and send photos and written updates after every visit. All dog walks are private and on leash. At this time, I do not offer care in my own home, overnight stays, transportation, or medication administration.

About: I am a veterinarian assistant looking to earn supplemental income to pay for my college education. I work with mostly cats and dogs everyday but have also worked with animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and rats. At my day time job, we also provide boarding so I am quite adept to not only taking care of the pets physical needs, but also their mental stimulation. I have a lot of experience with all kinds of temperaments as well as I have my own 2 cats and German Shepherd. I am currently in school to become a veterinarian myself. About: Animals have always been my passion and your pet's well-being will always come first. I work in a very timely manner and am proactive to let you know about how your pet is doing! I split my time between providing services on Rover, and working at Contra Costa Animal Services. A portion of my proceeds from bookings is donated to the shelter each month.🐶🐱💕 I have open availability 7 days a week, Sunday - Saturday, with earliest appointments at 8AM and latest at 8PM. I keep my calendar updated regularly. Caring for pets in your home requires trust and respect. I keep to the main community areas of your home and require access to one bathroom. Supplies such as leashes, collars, harnesses, treats, etc. that you provide will be returned back to their original location. Keys can either be left in a hidden lock box or on my person - I take care to properly label and safely store any keys to ensure they are returned when my stay is over.

I have also cat sat for many years and volunteered at an animal shelter and have lots of experience with different kinds of dogs and cats. About: I always had dogs when I grew up - usually small silkie terrier, cavalier king charles and maltese. I tend to like bigger dogs now - huskies, bulldogs, Doberman, golden retriever, doodles, poodles, chowchow. I work from home a few days a week and am pretty energic to long morning walks, lunch and long evening walks or parks are great. We only have one person or families pet in the house at a time.
