I really liked that he was willing to do a meet and greet beforehand since he does own a dog himself and he took his dog out to meet mine too to see if they would get along. My dog Angel came back happy and clean (she didn’t freak out and have an accident in her crate). Dakota was also really easy about drop off and pickup times which I really appreciate because I have 4 kids and my life is always ad hoc and on the go, plus I was late to pick up Angel and he was still very cool about it. Megan was amazing! Our Winston had the best time! She took care of Winston like he was part of the family. This was our puppies first overnighter which was a little nerve racking but Megan put us at ease, she sent lots of photos and checked in with us throughout Winston’s stay. Always a caring and loving environment. We boarded our 16-year old kitty for the first time with Rachna and Mike. Rachna went out of her way to ensure that Koko was comfortable and loved by spoiling her and giving up her desk where she found Koko sleeping. This is the kind of dedication and love that all petsitters should have. Our dog also stays with Rachna and Mike and gets excited once he realizes he's arrived at their home.
