“Clara was the perfect dog sitter for Jake. After relying on the same sitter for the past 8 years, we were reluctant to look for a new sitter once our regular dogsitter discontinued her service because our dog is such a creature of habit. But we needn't have had concerns. Clara was extremely attentive to Jake's needs, followed our instructions to a "T" and provided a wonderful environment to explore in her lovely backyard while her own dog, Diego, proved to be a sweet companion for Jake to play with. Clara was extremely commuicative and sent us photos and videos several times a day so we could be reassured that he was being well cared for. In short, we give Clara our highest recommendation and look forward to her becoming our regular dog sitter.”
“It was the first time our Luna ( 11yr old multi-poo) was able to stay with Zhengfang. We dropped her off Friday and picked her up following Monday within 1minute! In and out. No checkout lines waiting etc. I was sent pictures and videos on how she was doing and we felt comfortable on how she was treated. I believe this is a much better option than petsmart or others we’ve tried. The cost, service, cleanliness, convenience, timeliness, TLC, and no attitude, surpasses all others. We had never left our dogs with anyone for that length of time so we had some nerves but after our initial meet & greet with Monisa and David, we felt so at ease and confident. All communication leading up to the boarding, during and for pick up was clear, easy and straightforward. She’ll race up the driveway, which leads to several homes, but she always knows exactly which one is theirs. Once she’s at the door, she eagerly waits for it to be opened and greets them with kisses and a wagging tail. It’s clear how much she loves being there, and that makes us feel completely at ease. They do a fantastic job keeping her entertained, comfortable, and on her regular schedule. We boarded Mochi with Susan for a few nights while we were away, and she was incredibly attentive to her needs. She took her on daily walks, played lots of ball with her—Mochi is a serious ball-aholic—and, most importantly, loved her like her own. She also sent updates and photos, which meant so much to us. Yu-Shu was amazing! She sent updates and photos to keep us posted during the overnight stay! They even carried in the dog bed and bag with food, treats and toys and walked it out to my car when I picked him up. Archie was in very good hands and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to board or sit their pet.

We had an amazing experience with Chris! This was Cooper’s first time staying with someone new for 4–5 days, so we were naturally a little nervous. From the very beginning, he made Cooper feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. He took Cooper on regular walks, gave him plenty of attention, and kept us updated every day with messages and photos. Those daily updates gave us so much peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better first boarding experience. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog, which says everything. We would absolutely book with him again!
Jenny was an amazing sitter for Kaiser!!! She followed our care instructions perfectly and updated us every few days with multiple pictures and videos. She was very cautious and caring. Kaiser is usually scared of strangers, but he warmed up to her and soon became very comfortable with the sitter and her family. She even bathed him as his stay was almost 4 weeks long. We will definitely be choosing her as our sitter for him again if needed in the future. ☺️
