She practically took me straight to their front door, sat down, and waited for it to open. She immediately greeted them with her signature move—flopping over and exposing her belly, fully expecting belly rubs 🙂 When we went to pick her up, we’re pretty sure she wanted them to come with us! We will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a Rover and will use them again.”

They also pay close attention to the care instructions we provide and follow them diligently. Rather than viewing our detailed notes as a burden, they actually thank us for them, which reassures us that they genuinely care about giving our dogs the best possible experience. As pet owners, one of our biggest concerns is the stress our dogs might experience from being in a different environment or encountering unexpected situations. I can’t be happier with amazing dog sitters like Lili and Matt. I could tell Angel was very happy to be with them and comfortable and safe. I regularly got photos and updates on her, and I could tell she was very well cared for and loved! I feel blessed to have found this family. Lily was very easy to contact and talk to, friendly and flexible as well as kind. Her home spacious and very organised and clean. Angel got to be outdoors daily whether on walks or in the backyard. So thankful for this family‘s care, I would book again without a doubt.
April is definitely is a top notch dog sitting provider. Even though this was the first time using her service, I felt extremely comfortable from the meet and greet to when I picked up my dog, Hilo. She was so accommodating to my schedule, and provided the best care possible in my absence. She fulfilled all my directions and did the things she listed on her profile. So there was no miscommunication. What caught my eye about her profile when going through them on Rover were the camera portraits of the dog with a cute sign next to them. She did that too, with Hilo! When you are somebody, like me, who always thinks about your dog, it's nice that she sent pictures/videos throughout the day. Something like that, goes a long way. Reema was AMAZING!!! If you want your prince or princess to be treated like the royalty they are, she’s your gal! Super responsive, wonderful home, yard, and care. Our guy spent two days in doggy day care with her while we were in town for a graduation and he was happy to see her, tail wags and all when we went back for day two. Highly recommend and she will be our go to when we’re back in the area.

Her attention to the details (i.e. our notes about Ronin) and her updates on Ronin showed Ronin has been taken care of and made us feel at ease to leave Ronin under her care.
