Perks of staying with us: * We only accept 1 new dog at a time and host no more than 3 dogs total, I intentionally keep my care small and cozy, this allows me to provide peaceful one-on-one walks, casual and fun weekend hikes, gentle clean-ups after each walk, and lots of personal attention in a loving and stress free environment * We have our own pet sitting insurance, your pet is under double protection in case of any medical emergency * We provide one and only service (boarding), and this allows us to attend to your dog 24/7. They will have unlimited cuddle time on the couch, and we never leave the dogs home alone * Daily picture and video updates (I call them our #moments 😉) We’ve been loyal customers of Rover for the last 10 years, and we know how hard it is to leave your beloved fur baby with someone else during your time away from home, I’ll go extra miles to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and loved, just like how I’d like to see Siumai when he’s with his sitters. I also want to make it super affordable for the pet parents too, when we travel overseas and need to leave Siumai to someone else for a longer period of time, it can get costly. If your long stay (2 weeks+) falls under holiday rate, and it’s over your budget, please reach out, and we can work something out. More about our family members: * Lili & Matt: we both work from home, we LOVE spending time with the puppers, they will get plenty of attention from us, sometimes my cuteness aggression gets a little intense that I just have to shower them with lots of rubs and hugs * Don: our 10yo son who absolutely adores dogs, while he loves petting and cuddling with the dogs, he’s also very gentle and respectful of their space. Dog sitting has been our journey together to learn so much more about dogs, including their personalities, quirks and body languages * Siumai: our 12yo Pomeranian mix who's friendly, chill and nonchalant, the doorbell is his only enemy, and we got rid of it * We started boarding dogs at our place since August 2024, and words can’t describe how much we love what we do, our passion grows as we bond with more and more furry friends ❤️ Other info: * Single house with a fenced yard, one entrance only * Pet proof floor with anti-slip pads around the sofa * Go to my YouTube/TikTok channel to see what a typical day looks like when staying with us! Account name can be found on my profile picture My ask for you: * We always do meet and greet before the stay at our house so the dogs get to sniff around and get to know our family, it'll be much easier for them to settle in when it comes to the stay * Please provide as many details as possible about your dog, especially any potential behavioral issues you think I should know, such as being extremely protective of their food, aggressive towards another dog/cat/child, excessive barking, separation anxiety, etc. * Up-to-date flea and tick protection (strongly encouraged), although we do quarterly pest control around our yard, it’s still possible to catch fleas or ticks during our walks in various different places, especially during warmer months * Up-to-date vaccination on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella (strongly encouraged)
