About: Hi 🐶 & 🐱 parents, My name is Noelle and always love animals. I have been around pets my entire life and have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats. Growing up, my family always had dogs and a cat, and we still do to this day. I helped feed, walk, play with, and care for our pets from such a young age. My childhood cat is even still with us! I have also cared for my neighbor's pets, providing attention, companionship, and lots of love while their owners were away. One thing, I enjoy taking photos and videos of the pets I care for and sending updates to their owners, so they can feel connected and reassured while they're apart from their furry family members. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and individual needs. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, happy, and loved while in my care. I am currently available and have a flexible schedule. Caring for pets has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I make time in my daily routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Throughout the week, I also make extra time for longer walks, enrichment activities, and providing updates to pet parents. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and look forward to making pet care a regular part of my schedule while giving each pet the attention and care they deserve. When I'm caring for pets in a client's home, I like to take care of all responsibilities first, such as feeding, walks, potty breaks, and any other requested tasks. After that, I enjoy spending quality time with the pets through play, companionship, and positive interaction. I do my best to keep each pet's routine as normal as possible so they feel comfortable, secure, and less stressed while their family is away. I carefully follow written instructions and pay close attention to each pet's individual needs. I prefer a calm and patient approach, allowing pets to adjust at their own pace while building trust and helping them feel at ease. I also provide regular updates so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: I’ve taken care of the pups since I was fresh out of college. And have had lovable pooches in my household for as long as I can remember. Very patient individual as I teach middle school students, if that doesn’t set me apart I don’t know what will. It’s summer time so looking for any way to have a proactive summer. And taking care of any pet is just an absolute bonus. I try to create a safe environment for all doggos as they deserve to be treated as one of us. My dogs growing up always had a nice fenced in area as they need to be active.

About: I currently focus exclusively on dog walking and bring a calm, safety-first approach to every visit. As a nursing student and part-time consultant, I’m used to following instructions closely, paying attention to small details, and communicating clearly — all of which help me provide dependable, thoughtful care. While I don’t have a dog of my own, I’ve spent plenty of time around dogs through friends and family and genuinely enjoy being around them. I’m mindful of leash control, surroundings, and each dog’s comfort level, and I take the time to learn what works best for every individual dog. I always prioritize meet-and-greets so both you and your dog feel comfortable before we get started. During walks, I keep things structured but relaxed — never rushed — with attention to pacing, safety, and the environment. After each walk, you can expect a clear update so you know how everything went. My goal is for you to feel confident knowing your dog is in attentive, responsible hands, and for your dog to enjoy a calm, positive walk every time. I currently work part-time remotely and take most of my classes online, which allows me a flexible schedule to provide reliable dog walks throughout the week. On weekdays, I am available in the mornings and early afternoons, and weekends are fully open, allowing for multiple walks if needed. Because of my flexible routine, I can provide consistent, punctual, and attentive walks, always following the owner’s instructions and making sure each dog gets safe, unrushed time outdoors. I plan my schedule carefully to accommodate both pets and owners, and I always leave buffer time between walks to ensure punctuality and reliability. During every dog walk, I prioritize safety, trust, and a controlled environment. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, keep the dog securely leashed at all times, and stay aware of surroundings, other dogs, and traffic. I pay close attention to each dog’s body language, energy level, and comfort, adjusting the pace and distance accordingly. I also communicate clearly with owners before and after each walk, providing updates or photos so they know their dog is safe and happy. I plan walks with buffer time to avoid rushing, and I make sure the dog’s comfort and well-being are the top priority from start to finish.

About: A Housesitter across North America for several years now, I have built a wealth of experience with a variety of animals and homes . I worked as a dog sitter and walker in NYC for five years, raised my own puppy from 8 weeks old. Then traveled to the West, housesitting my way across the country from VA to CA, OR and CO. I provide daily photo and video updates of your pets and can make framed prints available to order. I have had pets in the home since I was a child, including birds and hamsters as well as cats, kittens and dogs. I am currently looking for summer work, having worked as a Ski Instructor all winter in Arapahoe Basin. When housesitting, it is my principal job and priority. I do not currently offer care for a pet in my home, unless of course, they are happy living and traveling in my Class C motorhome.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals since I was a child and the love never ceased. I’ve cared for both dogs and cats. I have extensive experience caring for senior pets who might need a bit more attention. I am currently home from UCSC this summer so have very open availability for providing services. Additionally, I have my own vehicle so there are no time constraints in scheduling. I will be able to crate your pets if needed, but if they prefer a cuddle I will happily oblige! Have a pet with lots of energy? We can do long walls or monitored off leash play if that’s what they are used to !

I also have experience with pet sitting for neighbors and friends animals, whether that be staying at their homes or bringing pets into my own home. I love dogs so much and believe they deserve to be protected and respected just as humans are! I am a college student home for the summer, meaning I have tons of free-time to hangout with the pups. My routine is very simple and includes walking my own dog daily! I have a 3 bedroom home that also includes a fenced in backyard for your pup to play outside! About: I grew up with big active dogs so I understand their needs and habits including affection, energy, and naughty tricks. I volunteer at an animal shelter so am well versed in a variety of dog breeds and dogs with unique histories. Because I am a grad student, I have the flexibility to be at home with your pet while I study. I have acted as a cat sitter as well and have come to love them too! I do not have experience with new kittens so adult cats preferred please. This summer I am fully at your disposal. I am on summer break between grad school programs. You can expect full time attention to your pets. Will update come fall. Your guidelines are my rules! I am happy to crate your pets, let them roam free, or have them sleep in the bed with me (more common request than you’d think) LOL. If you are local, I am happy to let your pup have some outside off leash time in my own fenced in yard, but I do not board dogs in my own home as I live with family while in grad school. I am happy to stay at your home or if you are local, just swing by for hangouts, walks, and bathroom breaks. If you are outside of Pleasanton, overnight stays at the dog’s home are preferred due to travel time. I am also capable of administering dog medications including pills and oral liquids, just leave me instructions!

About: They say to love what you do, right? So I figured, why not make a little extra cash doing something I truly love—because let’s be honest, four kids in ⚽️ isn’t cheap! I’ve been around animals my whole life, from cats and dogs to barnyard friends. These days, I share my home with an Italian Greyhound, two kitties, and my four lovely kids. I’m detail-oriented and treat every pet like part of the family. Whether it’s a drop-in visit, a nice long walk to burn off energy and enjoy the fresh air, or some playtime and snuggles, your furry fam will get plenty of love, care, and attention while you’re away. I work from home, giving me the flexibility to provide drop-in visits for feedings, playtime, and extra attention. I love making sure your furry fam feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. When caring for your pets in your home, I am detail-oriented and treat everything with respect and care. I follow instructions, leave things tidy, and ensure your furry fam feels loved and safe. About: I’ve always had a huge heart for animals since I was a kid. I treat pets as if they were my own and respect their space when needed. I’ve worked with different such as livestock (horses, goats, sheep, cows) and your typical domesticated pet. I currently don’t have any pets of my own, so having the opportunity to watch someone else’s pet brings me tremendous joy. I currently work full time at a vet hospital Tuesday-Saturdays so it is really nice to be able to come home after work to something warm and fluffy. While in a clients home I always check out the home first so I can feel comfortable and see all possible exits. For pets to gain my trust I always let them sniff me first and treat them as if they were mine. I give them space when they need it. I have high respect for an owners home as well and treat it as if it were my home.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
