Hi! I’m Sneha :) I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and passionate doggie & kittie person! Ever since I was little, having a pet was always my biggest wish—and that dream came true when I got my first pup, a yellow lab named Fury, at 11 years old. I trained and cared for him from his playful puppy days all the way through his senior years, and he taught me so much about love, patience, and the special bond we share with our pets. Since then, my family has grown to include two more amazing dogs—Shiloh, our goofy black lab, and Sophie, our affectionate Australian Shepherd/Border Collie rescue. I love taking them on walks, hikes, park trips, and of course, endless games of fetch with Sophie and cozy cuddle time with Shiloh. With over 18 years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages and temperaments, I’ve had the joy of nurturing a wide variety of furry friends. I’ve fostered everything from playful, velcro-like kittens to independent cats with a touch of sass, as well as energetic toy poodle puppies, strong-willed pit bulls and shepherds, and senior dogs managing health challenges. For more than a decade, I also volunteered at an animal shelter as an adoption counselor, helping match dogs with loving homes, and at a local rescue, where I took dogs from Southern California shelters on walks, hikes, and adventures. I also became certified in Dog and Cat First Aid and CPR. These experiences have given me the skills and patience to care for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, and have deepened my love for providing them with the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. Since I still live with my two dogs, Sophie and Shiloh, I’m lucky to have daily puppy love in my life—but I’m always excited to meet and care for even more amazing pets through Rover! I can’t wait to meet your furry family member, learn all about their unique personality, and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Your dog or cat will get plenty of care, playtime, and affection with me!

I always treat every home with the same care and respect I give my own, and I make sure it’s a safe, comfortable environment for your pup. I understand that dogs can sometimes be startled by things like movies or fireworks, so I stay attentive to their body language and do everything I can to help them feel calm and secure. I’m experienced with keeping spaces dog-safe—whether that means protecting counters, plants, and bathrooms from curious “counter surfers,” or making sure doors and gates are secure for any clever escape artists. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities!

Sneha is great with my golden. They walk for an hour and he comes back well exercised and happy. She’s great at communicating when she takes him and drops him off. I’d highly recommend her.
We have had Sneha watch our puppy many times. She is as always so sweet and our pup loves seeing and hanging out with her.

Sneha was wonderful with our 14-week-old German Shepherd puppy. She was extremely friendly, calm, and very patient, which made us feel comfortable right away. Puppies can be a handful, and she did a great job keeping our girl engaged, happy, and well cared for. It was clear that Sneha genuinely enjoys spending time with dogs and understands puppy energy and needs. We really appreciated her attentiveness and gentle approach. We would absolutely trust her with our puppy again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!
Sneha is such a fantastic, caring animal lover! I 100% recommend her for any pet-sitting, pet-walking, pet visits, and pet cuddles. She has grown up with dogs and loves them so much. Her family had a Yellow Lab and now has an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix and a Black Lab. The dogs go on lots of adventures, get lots of exercise, get lots of pets & cuddles, and they're healthy & happy dogs. In addition to her family dogs, Sneha has worked and volunteered at numerous organizations. She worked as an Adoption Counselor at the Santa Barbara Humane Society for almost three years while she was at college. During this time, she also fostered both dogs and cats. She also volunteered at Lucky Dog Rescue in Pleasanton, where she organized adoption events. During graduate school in Claremont, she volunteered at Priceless Pet Rescue, taking dogs on hikes. Sneha loves animals so much. She goes out of her way to help animals whenever she sees one in need. And whenever she sees one leisurely out and about, it brings a smile to her face, and pets are particularly drawn to her and her positive, loving energy. I wholeheartedly recommend Sneha when you need someone to take care of your pet!

Schedule
I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility and quality time throughout the week and on weekends to care for your pup—whether that’s spending time together at home, going for walks, or enjoying some fun outdoors!
